This is a very well equipped property. Lots of detail and thought goes into the setup for each guest stay. The view and the location are great. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Check out the Old Florida Fish House, take a drive down to Rosemary beach and sit rooftop at Havana Beach B/G, and Borago to name a few. This won’t disappoint.
If you have little ones and they are using the bunkbeds - make sure to bring some inflatable

Where do I begin, the decor, the view, the fully stock kitchen. Anything you can think of is there for you. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are so soft.
And the view, once again- we spend early mornings and late evenings on the patio. You are literally right on the beach!!
I highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to return!!!

I took a solo trip and it was perfect! The condo is a corner unit so that was appreciated. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe. The unit was beautiful, location so close to food, shopping, etc.
The unit was ocean front on private beach. The chair rental is just as you walk off stairs and was set up punctually every day.
Rob, has thought of everything for his guests. Kitchen was well stocked, not only with all dishes, etc, but with spices, spray oils, coffee, etc.
Super clean with plenty of linens in bath & cleaning supplies in kitchen.
I have been blessed to travel many places in US & abroad and I can honestly say this place did not disappoint!

This place is immaculate and so luxurious! Host was very fast on every communication. We lacked nothing in the gorgeous corner unit. Fantastic views of the beach and water. We have already booked to return and are looking forward to it! Felt like we were in an exclusive island resort!

We loved this location, the condo and especially the view!! Enjoyed quiet mornings watching the sun rise and evening watching the sun set. We brought our own bikes and rode to the trails to eat. Such a fun place to stay. We wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at The Palms C15 for our wedding anniversary trip. The condo was in great shape and we were greeted with chocolates and wine for our anniversary upon arrival. It was so easy to walk down to the beach and a simple bike ride to the shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. This was the perfect place for our vacation get away!

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were perfect. The unit was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were awesome. We enjoyed a movie with the surround sound system, listened to records! The view from the balcony was perfect. Rob was a great host. All these things and more made a perfect stay for our 19 year anniversary! 100% recommend and we will be back. Thank you Rob!

Rob's place is fantastic! The renovated condo is posh and elegant, yet functional and comfortable. We loved having two bathrooms in a one bedroom condo. It was great for getting ready for the day without having to wait for the other one to get out. The place lacked nothing. The view of the beach is magnificent. This is a corner unit with windows along the side and doors and windows facing the beach, which really opens it up,bringing the outside in. The complex was very quiet and well manicured. What a treat! Rob was prompt responding to any messages and was very kind. Great experience!

It was perfect in every way. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne on ice because Rob new it was our 45th wedding anniversary! Everything was beautiful and very clean! We hope to go back one day.

This condo was beautiful! Very clean and updated. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed our coffee each morning while watching the dolphins and the sunsets in the evening were amazing. The kitchen had everything you could think to need and lots of bar ware to mix your cocktails! The beach was awesome and often times we felt like we had it to ourselves. Property owner was very responsive and helpful and there were lots of special touches that make this condo special!! Also, the location was great! We rented bikes are were able to ride over to nearby towns for shopping and meals which was a lot of fun!

Great getaway! We love visiting 30A and loved this condo. Very nice with updated fixtures, and very comfortable. The best thing about this place was definitely the views from the balcony and the proximity to the beach. Loved the size of this complex - kept the beach from being overcrowded and noise levels down near the condos. Rob was great with communication and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. Great stay!

There are nice properties and then there’s this place. In a tier of its own, this condo is newly renovated and it shows literally everywhere. The layout, furnishing, interior decorating, and balcony are all pristine and beautiful. My wife and I could not have been more impressed. Beyond conveniently located, we felt close to everything. 12/10, could not recommend higher and not would, but WILL be staying here again.

This unit is incredible! My sister-in-law and I decided to go on a quick two day girls' trip before the school year began (I am a teacher). We usually take our children to a certain resort in Orange Beach, but I was unable to go this summer because my grandmother is ill. However, this unit definitely rivals the previous condos in which we have stayed in both design and cleanliness!
It was impressively and thoughtfully decorated. It was also perfectly clean! As an admitted clean freak who usually brings her own cleaning supplies, I can confidently say this was the cleanest condo in which I have ever stayed. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, barware, and bar tools. We enjoyed getting to be mixologists for the day! The beds were comfortable, and the view was incredible. Additionally, as it is a lower density complex, the beach was not crowded. The host was very responsive, and he always replied within ten minutes. My first visit here will certainly not be my last! It was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay!

My family of 3 travels to 30a 1-2 times a year and has for the past 8-10 years. This may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed in! So often the pictures are much better than the reality, but not in this case. The condo was exactly as pictured, with all of the comforts of home. Great views and location!

If you don’t book this condo your missing out! Rob was outstanding, responsive and helpful from the time I booked until the end of our stay. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated! It has everything you you can think of or need if you want to cook during your stay and stocked well with towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, trash bags etc. Well thought out vacation condo! The views from the balcony where stunningly beautiful!
We had our morning coffee and tea as we watched the dolphins, pelicans, birds and some flybys from the military. Nice quiet condo with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. We walked to Cafe 30A for my husbands birthday! Delicious food and drinks! We rented beach chairs for the week, but Rob has chairs in the condo you can use as well! The beach is nice because it’s not crowded like I’ve heard other places are. We definitely will be booking again in the future! Thank you Rob for a wonderful week!

Amazing family stay at Rob’s place. Plenty of space for our family of 4, and, to our surprise our 11 & 14 year old kiddos loved the bunk beds. Everything new in the condo and the views from living room & balcony are unbelievable. Just steps away from the private beach which is where we spent most of our time. So convenient being so close to condo just in case you forgot something. Also, so many food options in close proximity, but fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to stay in. Rob was a super host and responded immediately to any of our questions. Already looking forward to coming back here next year. Thanks Rob!

Everything in this condo was top notch. Everything was spotless and top of the line. You can’t beat the view from the living room and balcony! There was a minor issue with water when we first arrived but the owner was amazing at resolving the issue promptly and fairly. We will stay here again the next time we vacation in this area!

This is the perfect condo! It is exactly as stated and super clean. Everything has been so well thought out. My husband realized he had forgotten binoculars to watch for dolphins and they were even there. It was well stocked with extras you usually do do not have in rentals. We loved it and cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect beachfront condo! The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiry that we had regarding our stay. We loved the perfectly designed & decorated condo, beautiful view from the balcony, the sugary sand beach, the blue water and the community. All the furniture was very comfortable including the balcony furniture( It was like being at home) Thank you for providing all of the little extras that normally get looked over. We thoroughly enjoyed them! From the fully stocked kitchen, the extra blanket/throws and area restaurant info. The location is perfect - very quiet while also convenient to seaside shopping. We rented bicycles the entire stay and never had a get in the car for anything. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you for the special touch as we celebrated our 30th!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect as we could walk to seaside and just seconds to the sand. The views from the unit were incredible! Communication was top notch- Rob was extremely timely in responding to any and all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this condo and will be coming back!
