Harmony is perfectly situated within minutes to attractions for the entire family such as Zip Line Canopy Tours, Blue Ridge Paintball, Horseback Riding at either Adventures of Shadow Lane or Cowgirl Up Stables, wine tours at Bear Claw Vineyards, Mercier Orchards for some great apple pies, and so much more. Visit nearby towns of McCaysville (11 miles away) and Ellijay (15 miles away). Explore the nearby Benton MacKaye Trailhead on USFS 64 by driving a short distance 13 miles away from Harmony. Harmony is a haven to relax or to venture out from.

Very relaxing stay. I wish we could have made it a longer trip. The only improvement that could be made is a little clean up of leaves and such from the deck areas, but it definitely did not diminish the joy of the stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to use the cabin for a wonderful weekend. We even had some beautiful animal visitors and enjoyed a peaceful walk to the creek nearby.

The cabin was clean and comfortable . Wanted a quiet week-end and it was perfect . Decks were great . Kitchen had everything we needed . Great location .

The cabin was okay overall, with some highlights and a few disappointments. The view was beautiful, and the porch had plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The amenities were nice, and having basics like spices on hand was a thoughtful touch that you don’t always get in rentals.On the downside, the cabin was not as clean as expected for a rental. Nothing major, but there were crumbs in corners and smudges on the windows that made it feel less polished than it should have been.The biggest issue was that the gas fireplace did not work. This was the main reason I booked this cabin, and I would have chosen a different place had I known it was not functional. Unfortunately, this was a major letdown. Another thing not clear from the listing is that there is no real access to the first level, which made loading and unloading luggage difficult. You can see wear on the steps where others have dragged suitcases up, and it’s something future guests should be aware of. While the cabin technically sleeps six, the common area is quite small and would feel cramped for six adults. A family of four or five would likely be a much better fit. The driveway is very steep, which seems common in the area. It wasn’t the worst we’ve experienced, but it’s worth noting. Overall, the trip itself was great, but knowing these things in advance would have changed my booking decision.
