Located in Sanibel Island, this lovely house for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms and an open loft with a day bed that will transform into a king bed. There is a king suite with large walk-in shower and bathroom. There is a queen suite with a shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full tub/shower bathroom. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open with vaulted ceiling and large ceiling fans. The wrap around porch/deck has a screened in portion overlooking the heated swimming pool. There are televisions in every bedroom. There is wireless internet. The house has direct access to Bowman Beach, the nicest beach area on Sanibel Island. It is short walk to the beach, approximately a 5-minute walk. There is a wagon and a beach cart to haul your beach gear the short walk to the beach. There are some beach items provided. The house is less than 2 miles to Captiva Island and all it has to offer in addition to Sanibel activities.

Quick walk to Bowmans Beach, house has everything needed for your stay. Plenty of room and a heated pool. Great shelling. So happy to be able to stay on the island again. Thank you all for a wonderful stay, will definitely be back!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sanibel and this property was great for us. The owners really have the house well stocked with many amenities and well equipped kitchen. We were glad to see Sanibel staying strong after the terrible hurricane. We were able to enjoy many of Sanibel and Captiva’s pristine beaches. We feel very blessed to have spent a week together at sweet Sanibel as she rebuilds.

This place is great! Well maintained, quiet and simply lovely. We had an absolute blast! As usual Sanibel didn’t disappoint and this great property helped it along. We had a few elderly and disabled with us and the ONLY drawback was the walking distance to the beach. But that was EASILY solved by simply taking the 2 minute drive to the beach! Thanks for letting us experience your property. Hopefully we will meet again in the future!

Property was clean, well stocked with supplies and everything you need to cook/grill, pool was nice but cold so hard for littles (only downside). Beds were comfy, showers nice (including the outside one). Easy walk to the beach.

What an incredible week we had at this beautiful property! It had everything you would need in every room and bathroom...plus the kitchen was stacked with everything. We sat in the screened in porched in the morning and enjoyed our coffee with the fountain drip noise of the sauna onto the pool. We loved how it was centrally located to the island, so we could go toward Captiva or back to the causeway very quickly. Bowman's beach was around the corner, the most perfect beach! We would definitely stay again!

Had a good stay at the house. House was spacious, clean and well located. Was a last minute booking and understand it will take some time for Sanibel to return to normal. All though Bowman Beach is closed, we entered around the barriers and had the beach to ourselves. Some stores and restaurants are starting to open, would recommend driving another 10 minutes for dinner in Captiva. Hope to get back soon.

This house is beautiful and so very well equipped for a family stay. All of our needs were met here. Bowmans beach is about a ten minute walk on a lovely path. The beds were very comfy, plenty of space, linens, kitchen supplies galore and the pool was a very nice extra. We would definitely recommend this home!

This property was in a quiet area with a lovely breeze, not far from beach. we enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach and walking along the path to the beach where we saw manatee’s from the bridge. We loved having the private pool and screened in patio. for our meals. The kitchen was perfect and there were floats, beach toys and a grill. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sanibel and would highly recommend this property.

House was great for our family trip! Just a short walk to the beach & pool is nice too. Home is spacious enough and well stocked with linens and towels. Owners very responsive & helpful when we needed some help with a bee issue. Would stay again!

This house was awesome! Very clean and well equipped to enjoy Sanibel! The location is great just about 10 min walk to Bowman beach. The wagon, chairs, beach toys, fishing rods, bikes and pool floats/toys made it all the more fun. We had one small issue with the pool and the owner promptly had it remedied the next morning. Overall amazing trip and the house was perfect for my sisters family and ours! Hoping to come back again next year!!

This house is absolutely outstanding! The location within a short walking distance of Bowman Beach was ideal. A spectacular pool and outside entertainment area. The interior of the house was spotless and in perfect condition. This was the perfect getaway for my party of four girlfriends. Having the bicycles and beach chairs available for use was so convenient. Interior decoration is gorgeous and we loved it. This property went above and beyond expectations on all fronts and we can't wait to return! It's a five star experience!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Family came in from several different states and all had a great time. Everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation was available - bikes, beach supplies, wagon to go to beach, beach towels, and a private pool and much more. Highly recommend!
