I really enjoyed staying here again, close to my family. I appreciated the new shelves with fabric boxes to put my clothes in. And I love the little electric fireplace. I look forward to staying again next year. ❤️

Kitchen floor warped, tripped twice Internet password didn’t work

Well-suited place for two to stay in the Nampa area. Description is accurate, including the low clearance, but even at 5’11” it wasn’t a problem. Kitchen worked well for preparing a few meals.

It was a great experience in this small basement apartment. I would recommend this to anyone who comes across it! Just mind the clearance when going in and out of the restroom haha.

This small but mighty rental unit was just perfect for two. Private, clean, and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Access to their screened porch was a bonus and pantry items were appreciated. In addition, the location was great and close to a very nice park.

Quiet Comfortable private reasonably priced place to stay, like being in a neat small home. I would stay here again on my next trip to the area.

My spouse and I stayed here for 3 nights. The property is very pretty and the basement suite is super cute and clean! The only thing we couldn’t find but wasn’t too big of a deal was the AC control. We’re from western Washington and it was a little warm at night for how we like to sleep but not terrible. They did have a fan that kept us mostly comfortable:) Would stay here again!

Property is clean and quiet. Neighborhood is quiet. Lindsey answered my phone call on Sunday morning about the malfunctioning battery for the front door lock and was there in less than 20 minutes with a new battery.

Beautiful home. Wish there was walkway to patio entrance. We arrived at night so grass was a bit uneven hard to see.

The apartment was cute and very clean, I wa surprised how pleasant it was to stay. We have stayed in other motel rooms that wasn't very at all. Having a kitchen and loundry was a plus. I most definitely will be staying here again

My husband searched out the listing, looking for one close to my sister’s house. Way better price than a hotel, privacy, quiet neighborhood Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels, nice kitchen setup, good selection of toiletries, use of washer and dryer with soap included I would definitely stay here again!

Property was very quiet and close to NNU where we were visiting our daughter. If you are tall you will need to watch your head on the interior doorways but it was perfect for us. We would definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit .

Nice and cozy , home away from home.

Hey, I just want to say thank you very much for letting me stay there. I'm a big guy and the only problem I had was getting in and out of the washroom lol. I loved it a lot it was very peaceful for me especially after work I would go and relax on the little green sofa and just catch a breath from a hard day at work. I went and tried to relax on the patio but it was too damn cold 😂 Getting in and out of the basement was a breeze and parking was easy. The roads were pretty clear when it snowed which made it easy to get to work in Boise. Again thank you very much.
