Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $393 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Lilo's in The Keys! This immaculate getaway has been a treasured destination for years. You will love this waterfront vacation rental with a private pool, tropical landscaping & a tiki patio, which is located in Key Colony Beach, FL which is next to Marathon, FL. We fell in love with this home and are excited to share our experience with other vacationers! You will feel right at home in the bright, fully equipped, custom kitchen where you will find a full oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, mixer and even wine glasses safe to have by the pool! This will be a great place for cooking up your catch of the day! There is also a quaint counter with three bar height chairs off of the kitchen. The living area offers a comfortable couch, nesting tables, a T.V. and best of all, a beautiful view to the patio, pool and the deep-water canal. The first bedroom upon entering this cozy cottage is off of the kitchen area and has a cozy queen-sized bed, bedside tables, a dresser, a t.v. and a spacious wardrobe for hanging your clothes. The second bedroom off of the living area provides you with a very comfy queen-sized Sealy Posturepedic, a ceiling fan, a closet and a t.v. with a window view of the tropical landscaping out back. The bright and fully renovated bathroom offers a shower and bathtub as well as a washer & dryer combo. Walk out the back door to paradise with a tiki patio equipped with a table, chairs and a grill. Hop into the cool and refreshing pool that has built-in seating by way of 3 in-water stools to sit on while cooling off and it's a great spot to watch the sun set over the canal! The property offers a composite dock, and space for up to a 26' boat (including the motor). On the dock, you have a fish cleaning table for getting your catch ready for the grill. The canal is wide and deep enough to accommodate almost any boat up to 26'! The dock offers two dock cleats to tie up to, a boarding ladder for low tide and posts for your fenders. You are just minutes from reaching the Gulf and the Atlantic! If you don't have a boat, try out the kayaks we have available for you! Nearby: Use your passes to Glunz Resort Beach just a 2-minute walk from Lilo's! A 2-minute walk will bring you to Havana Jacks Oceanside Restaurant, a tiki lounge and restaurant with amazing food, live music and beautiful ocean views! It is a great place to watch the sunset! About a block up the road there are tennis courts and a playground. There is a golf course and other recreation offerings nearby. If you don't have a boat, there are several fishing charters in the area, one by the name of Northstar Charters & Tours, just 0.4 mi from the home, a two-minute drive, or you can use the fishing poles at the house and try to catch some fish out on the canal out back! Less than a mile away, you will find the wonderful Sunset Park Beach. A five-minute drive will get you to the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters which was voted the best place to take the kids 5 years in a row! There is so much to do in Key Colony Beach ~ You won't want to leave! :) We do Saturday to Saturday bookings. Hope to see you soon!!

Wow! From the time i booked through our stay Leanne the property owner was amazing. Quick to respond to my questions. The home is fabulous and exactly as shown. I spent most of my time in and out of the pool. We saw manatees and fish in the canal behind the house, walked to Havanna Jacks, kayaked and used the home as a base to explore the area. We've stayed in a few VRBO properties now and this one was the most well stocked with everything you needed. We will stay again. This was a great vacation.

This place was beautiful! Great place for just us two. The beaches were clean and beautiful. Lots of ocean wildlife and it was so close to the house! We will definitely be back again but next time will probably bring a couple of friends to enjoy the place with us!

LILO’s in the Keys is a beautiful place to stay! LeeAnn made everything so very easy- from booking to check-out. The pool was great during the hot August days and beautiful lit up at night. It is a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted. If you are thinking about booking- do it! You just need to bring your clothes and groceries and you are all set! You will not regret it!

Everything was even better than the photos described! The hosts were AMAZING! LeeAnn was available on a split second, any time I needed anything. The home was stocked with essentials and even things I didn’t think of! We vacation in the Keys every year and I would have to say that this year was the best!

Wow, say it again backwards! This place was absolutely amazing for our family of 3. LeeAnn is such an amazing host with great communication. The house is in amazing condition and super clean. The pool and dock area are beyond belief. They provide so many extras that separate this property from the rest. Kayaks, fishing rods, bait, beach towels and chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and so much more. Key Colony Beach is a quiet beautiful community! Don’t fear the duplex the neighbors are the nicest people I’ve met. You also have access to the beach club if you want or need a bigger pool for the kids or beach access. We enjoyed everything about this vacation and hated to leave.
Just to emphasize how awesome LeeAnn is as a host. The grill had built up a lot of grease from lack of cleaning by guests after cooking. I tried to burn it off but it turned into a big grease fire within minutes. I informed her of the situation and a new grill arrived assembled in 1 1/2 days!

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our time spent at Lilo’s In The Keys! The house was excellent & the back patio was like a little slice of heaven. The kayaks were great to take out for morning fishing trips and the local beach was just a couple steps away & so peaceful. We went snorkeling at Captian Pips, went on charters, and even ventured down to Key West for the day. I would highly recommend Lilos In The Keys! Can’t wait to come back in the future!

This place is everything you need. Just pack your clothes and head on down. The owners were so easy to reach and everything is as described (and a little more). Super clean and convenient. It’s neat to watch the wildlife from the canal at any time of day. The pool and patio is very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean upon arrival and cupboards were well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard overlooking the canal and definitely e joyed the pool! It’s also located in a beautiful area in Key Colony Beach! We really loved the fact that it was right down the street from the beach and the passes to The Glunz Beach Resort were a bonus! LeeAnn is also an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had. A wonderful vacation!!

It’s in an idyllic spot on key colony. Quiet, and has a lovely array of neighbours. The properties next door are owned and on the other side one is a holiday let.
The clientele tend to be couples due to the sizes of the properties; so you don’t have to worry about having a big party house next door.
There’s everything you need in this house, it’s all taken care of. Although there isn’t a kettle so I had to boil water in a pan. There is a coffee machine though.
We were lucky enough to see a manatee.
Favourite local dining spots are Havana jacks for happy hour and further afield Key Fisheries and the Island restaurant not far from the petrol station where you turn in to key Colony.
Can’t wait to return and to recommend your little gem to friends.

My husband and I had a great time in this house. It was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close to all the things you could want to do. We brought our boat and the location of the house made it easy to get to both the Atlantic and gulf. The house was clean and had everything you need and more. We hope to stay here again for our next trip to the keys!

Everything about our stay was amazing. All off the little touches by the property owner, made our stay incredible. It’s the perfect location being right off of Marathon Key and close to all of the activities we decided on doing. It was great for just the 2 of us but definitely would be nice with another couple. Plenty of room and awesome amenities. Loved the use of the Glunz Beach Club. Would definitely love it stay again. Thank you so much!

Rest and Relaxation in Key Colony
We have found a little slice of paradise!!!
The perfect sized house for us - two adults and a 10-year-old. The house was outfitted with everything we could need! The beds were clean and comfy. (Just a quick suggestion -- adding a couple more "thin" pillows would be helpful for those not acclimated to big fluffy pillows.). The kitchen amenities were plentiful and there wasn't a utensil or dish we lacked. Unlike many other rentals, the owners provided paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels, and cleaning products, like dishwasher and wash machine detergents. They really did think of everything!
We spent most of our time poolside, lounging in the hammock swings. Those were our FAVORITE!
The owner is a great communicator and responds quickly to VRBO messages, even during our stay. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could need.
We booked our next stay before our first day was done! We'll be back!!!

Great dock with fish filet table, we had a manatee visit for almost an entire day. Rented a boat from Coco's around the corner and kept it at our own dock for 2 days. Bathroom and washer and dryer are like new as is the nice sized kitchen. The tiki hut out back is awesome too and the landscape, lighting, and seating around the pool are excellent. We loved it, the island is kind of low key and this is probably the most humble house on the island as there are many upscale homes. Island fish company down the road was a fav of ours and Angler and Ale is only 10 minutes north. Overall we loved our time at this home.
