Situated in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a great choice for your next break. ***We would like to provide an update on the concrete restoration project as of 4/28/24. This unit is in building 2. They are currently working on building 10/11 and will continue for approximately 2-3 more weeks. Once work is completed, the crews will move onto building 5 for approximately 3 weeks and then finally moving to building 1 for approximately 3 weeks. This will complete all the concrete restoration for the ocean front buildings. At this point, they will move onto the ocean view buildings (which is that this unit is). We will provide more updates as we get them from Summerhouse. *** Welcome to the Sea Gem Beach Retreat at Summerhouse! NEWLY RENOVATED, 2 STORY CONDO in building 2 provides a visual panorama that’s absolutely breathtaking! Just one step back from ocean front units, this condo still provides sweeping views of the pool and ocean! Stunning ocean views from balcony, living room and the master bedroom! This unit is located in the northernmost building, building #2. This bright and airy condo is very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be mesmerized by the ocean views and relaxed at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away. This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has an HD television in the living room as well as board games to enjoy when there is a need for quiet time. There are fans in all sleeping areas for your increased comfort. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for the family’s dinner. Washer/dryer and linens are included as well. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom has a wall mounted HD TV, as well as a king size bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has solid wood bunkbeds, twin over full, and there’s a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are books to choose from for those relaxing days and a desk for your laptop. There is easy access to both the beach and the pools. Summerhouse complex has four heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, and bike racks. There are grills with cabanas, new playgrounds for kids and horseshoes and shuffleboard. There is RV/Boat parking on the premises. We invite you to take a short walk to the beach where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Or perhaps you may witness one of nature's greatest spectacles...sea turtles nesting! Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 115 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop 'til you drop! You will want to return year after year! The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.

The condo is wonderful! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. We had coffee every morning on the back deck overlooking the pool and the beautiful lawn. Access to the beach and pools were so close and easy which is great with kids! Communication was amazing!! Very prompt and always helpful. Highly recommend!! We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and organized, had a great assortment of board games for rainy days, was in a wonderful location, and the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze and communication with our hosts was easy. We would definitely come back here to stay again!

Pictures were accurate. Condo was comfortable and well equipped. Had a few requests which manager promptly responded to. Great communication. Beach was wonderful, pools were warm and clean. Used the courts which were perfect. Fitness room needs an upgrade and cleaning but has full set of weights etc so did the job. Will stay again when next in the area.

We absolutely loved this property! Ocean view, charming decor, clean and comfortable....all we could want. Owner very well-organized and responsive with easy check-in. There was abundant room for my self, my husband, and our adult son. Loved the balcony! We would definitely want to stay again and again!

The condo was perfect! The pictures depict the property to a tee! Every room was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well equipped. My favorite part of our stay was the time spent on the balcony, enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening while watching and listening to the waves crash into the shore. We would certainly stay here again if our travels take us to this area.

Very clean. Beautiful view. Comfortable furniture. Everything was good. Nice oceanfront condo community. I rented thru VRBO but they also have an inside management office and security. Very nice neighborhood with friendly good people. Very quiet. I liked the location of this rental in the community. Comfy bed. Nice clean bathrooms. Whole house was clean. Loved the walks on beach. I felt like I had the whole beach to myself! Also park with nice walking trail across street. Nice tennis court. They have a very nice community deck with seating to view ocean and sunset . Yes I would definitely rent this townhouse/ condo again.

We only stayed a few days but really enjoyed our visit. The condo had a great view of the pool and decent view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and had ample linens, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. Nearby local Safe Harbor Seafood was yummy. The price was great and the cleaning fee was not extravagant. Host had great communication. We live close so we will visit again when we need some ocean breeze! We only wished there was a pet policy but that wasn't a deal breaker.

We enjoyed our weekend away. It's a perfect property in a quiet community right off of A1A. The grounds were well maintained and the condo itself was immaculate. We had great communication with the property managers (very prompt to respond) even after a minor hiccup with fire alarms randomly going off. The morning sunrise view from the balcony was perfect and the beach was quiet! A much needed trip! We will certainly be back!

This was a great rental experience! Not only was the unit clean, well decorated and exactly as listed, both David and Patti were wonderful to work with. My daughter left some items there and they both were so helpful in getting them back to us. We enjoyed the lovely view of the beach and the pool! I would highly recommend this rental!

This was a beautiful condo in excellent condition and the perfect location in the Summerhouse community. Close to the beach walkover with views and Sounds of the waves. Comfortably furnished. This is the best location on Crescent beach right next to National Park with wide Sandy beaches. Will definitely be back!

We have been staying at Summerhouse for over 10+ years, but not the same unit. This one was really lovely and so well furnished and well equipped. Loved it! The only drawback for us were the stairs. We are both 77 years old and we would have preferred a ground floor, but I know they are requested and for extended time periods. We just felt lucky that we could rent this one for 6 days. We did have trouble with the sliding door lock - very difficult to unlock.
