In the modern part of the city, a 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Checkout time at noon. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
City construction on the street of the hotel, but that was not the fault of this hotel.

The location and hotel itself were ok. They provided a nice warm blanket because it was fairly cold in the room.
The staff was atrocious. We asked them to help us get a taxi, which we have done at every other location we’ve stayed at. Normally what we’ve seen is that they help us get local prices instead of marked up “tourist” prices from the drivers. This staff instead called a driver that took forever to get to the hotel and it was 3x the amount we payed previously, then guilt-tripped us when we were knew that it was too much and questioned him on it! Not impressed with this staff taking advantage of tourists in this way
