We arrived early and was offered early check in plus a free upgrade ! My family and I love the hotel and it was close to many restaurants. There is also two restaurant attached to the hotel one where the pool is. The breakfast was great! Many options to choose from. My son was even able to go out and play football on the balcony with his dad (when it wasn’t too hott). We had an issue with the tv and shower and they were both sorted. James at the front desk was very helpful and ensured we had a great stay. The staff was lovely and really helpful. The lady that serves breakfast and worked in the restaurant was very friendly and caring towards our son. Really appreciated this 🤗
