About this house rental

Beautifully designed modern home situated on 2 acres of stunning palm trees and vegetation. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has all of the wonderful amenities to make the perfect vacation. There is a bar area with a billiards table for entertainment, a caged pool with outdoor seating, outdoor TV. The home boasts an open floor plan with sleek design and vaulted ceilings. Equipped with Smart TVs, and free highspeed internet. The open floor plan is great for family and friends to enjoy each other from all spaces. Close to beautiful white sand beaches, Downtown Naples, Naples pier and more! Enjoy exploring all that Naples have to offer. Minutes from fine dining, grocery stores and casual eateries.

Beautiful home and a very relaxing stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having our morning coffee in the tropical backyard while watching birds, bunnies, and even deer. The neighborhood is great for long walks with a dog, and the location is convenient to both Naples and Marco Island. Communication with management was easy and responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat.

The house was as described, secluded heated pool, big property, nicely updated home. Easy driving distance to 5th Ave South and to Vanderbilt Beach and all the shopping and restaurants. Katie was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.
