About this house rental
We welcome you to our lovely remodeled home, which sits below the University of San Diego, just minutes to SeaWorld and Mission Bay. You'll arrive to a pristine, fully-furnished home equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay; full kitchen, cooking essentials, including an outdoor BBQ, two 4K HD Roku tv's, high speed internet, washer/dryer and a large private backyard.

* 50% refund 14-30 day before checkin
* 100% refund 30 day before checkin

Also, for those retired RV travelers seeking a home away from home, in need of a break and time to pause from being in the RV, we encourage you to consider our quiet and lovely home, which will accommodate your RV either in the driveway or we could save the spot directly out in front of the home on the street.

My family really enjoyed this house. It was clean and roomy. My granddaughter especially loved the special touches in one of the rooms which included a stuffed animal named boo and a book that went with it. It was in a very nice neighborhood and the yard and the view was beautiful. Check in was easy. The host reached out to me quickly with one question I had. I would definitely stay here again.
