Nestled in Seal Beach, this attractive house for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Classic beachfront home with stunning sunset views. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil seaside town with all amenities within a short distance. You will have access to full kitchen and open concept living area. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests. This home shares a main entrance with the upstairs unit, but is thereafter a private oasis. Seal Beach is 30 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's, 7 miles to Aquarium of the Pacific. PLEASE READ: From Thanksgiving Until Easter (Changes every year) there is a Berm on the beach in front of the house. (Please check all the photos attached) Contact Don Cavanaugh after approval/booking. one of the few small town beach communities left. Walk into town, main Street. Shop, Food or take a walk on the pier. Walk, it's the best. We have a couple beach bikes if your interested. PLEASE READ: From Thanksgiving Until Easter (Changes every year) there is a Berm on the beach in front of the house. Possibilty background screening and short term rental agreement needed, case by case. 48 Hours to be completed after booking.

Our hosts were super and quick to respond. The winter view out the living room is a tall sand berm in the winter, which was communicated clearly before we booked. It’s an easy climb to the beach. Also easy is the walk to the pier and the shops on Main St. There are many restaurants/bars/shops nearby. The unit is a nicely appointed 2 bed, 2 bath, great for 2 couples. We didn’t cook much but there’s plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. If you need anything, the hosts are quick to accommodate. We hope to visit again, in the warmer months!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Blue House in Seal Beach. Don and Rebecca are warm and welcoming hosts. The Blue House is well stocked with everything you need. Especially in the kitchen. The ocean view from the front windows is spectacular! A very peaceful neighborhood and the sand and water are just a few steps out the front door. This place was beautiful! We arrived late on the day of check-in making the process with the owners somewhat difficult. But, once we were in it was smooth sailing. Location is central to the small town and only a few blocks from the pier which we walked to daily. Plenty of household items in the kitchen making cooking easy. The place was very clean as well. We look forward to when we can return.

Location is perfect! Beautiful ocean and pier view out the huge front windows. Quiet neighborhood. Short and Easy walk to Main St and the Pier. The unit is exactly as pictured. Clean and had everything we needed! Communication was excellent. We would love to stay here many more times!

We had a great time and only wished we could stay longer! The owners were delightful and let us borrow their beach cruisers and even longboard for some surfing. It’s a great central location right on the beach. We had great time!

From the moment we walked in the experience was a pleasant one. The house was immaculate, directly across from beautiful beach. Our hosts met us, showed us around and even left some wine for us. The only draw back for us, which the hosts did advise us of was there was a huge sand pile in front that left the view of the ocean to the imagination. However, we were advised it might be there and it was. So no worries.. The place was beautiful had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to stay and see what it’s like without the sand pile.

My family of 4 made this home for our Rose Bowl trip. We were quite busy so we did not have time to fully enjoy this wonderful rental. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked if you have time to do much cooking, which unfortunately we did not. The beach is truly steps away from the front of the house. Seal Beach does construct a sand berm for the winter months to protect the community so we did not have an ocean view during our stay. However, you are welcome to climb the berm and the pier is also close by. When booking, the owners made sure that we understood we would have a limited view at this time of year. The owners, Don and Rebecca, are incredibly nice. We had trouble with our flights to LA and they made some helpful suggestions and accommodated our changing plans. The main shopping/dining street in Seal Beach is also easily walkable from the property. And we were a little concerned that Seal Beach was going to be out of the way to get to LA and Pasadena for our activities but it wasn't. All members of my family agree that we would love to return and spend more time together in this beachfront house.

We had a great time. The location is fantastic, we could walk everywhere, and Seal Beach was all decked out in Christmas decorations making a stroll around town fun. The apartment is newly renovated and perfect. It has a spacious kitchen and plenty of room for everyone and it is right on the boardwalk. The owners are great and attentive without being nosey. We had a great time and we will be coming back soon.
