Nestled in Post Falls, this lovely condo for $109 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please read our entire listing description and see all our photos to be sure our space is what you are looking for. Enjoy your own country themed, patriotic, separate, 400sq ft guest suite in our house. Think tiny home :) Featuring a private entrance, private patio area with a picnic table and charcoal grill, bathroom, kitchenette with an oven range. Our tub is tall and small, and small children may need assistance getting in. We do have some patriotic and religious art and items in our place and let all of our guests know that beforehand so they can determine if this is a good fit for them. :) We are in an older middle class neighborhood, but our area is very safe, friendly, and all our neighbors watch out for one another. We have 1 main bed and 1 couch bed in the rest area. We are located 15 minutes from downtown Coeur D'Alene Idaho, in Post Falls Idaho, and 5 minutes from Qemiln Park Beach. 1 minute away from Black Bay open space park, with a very small beach area, and 5 minutes from Kiwanis open space park with another small beach area, We are also about 6 minutes from Falls park where their is waterfall and pond. All parks are open space with trails and close to water. 5 minutes from downtown Post Falls. 35 minutes from Spokane Intl airport. Also, enjoy all the major attractions of Coeur D'Alene. Our place comfortably fits 2 adults, can snugly fit 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Anything more than that may feel very tight depending on preference. But we welcome up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Their is no extra room for extra mattresses, etc. But we have a very comfortable queen size bed, and a queen size lazy boy couch bed and guests may share that. . We have outlet covers available for those with toddlers and safety locks in cabinets with chemicals and drawers with knives.

This was one of our favorite vrbo rentals we’ve been in. The hosts were always quick to make contact or respond to messages and very accommodating to us (complimentary food in the fridge and welcoming notes). The rooms were super clean and tidy and we felt totally at home. We have two young boys and the smaller space was not a problem for us at all. We also liked having a place to eat outside on our last night. The location was beautiful as well! We look forward to coming back to this area of Idaho again in the future!

I can with my mom and two children. The space was cozy, but comfortable. The decor was lovely and fun, and much love and care was put into this space. The shower was amazing—the water trough tub is so fun! Heather was so attentive and thoughtful in how she cared for us and making us feel so welcome. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

I never made it to my destination, Post Falls,Id. Our transmission went out in Redding , Ca . The property owner told me not to worry and that she could refund me about 75% of my payment.

A great find. Cute place for a couple. Would not recommend more than 2 people here unless perhaps a couple with one or 2 small children. Very attentive owners who strive to keep this place beautiful. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip through.

Our family of three (two adults and a five-year-old) stayed here for four nights and it was great! The rental space was bigger than we anticipated and it fit us just fine. The hosts also included some food items which was a nice touch! Location was great as well, really close to the river and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This place was delightfully appointed, well located, lots of local suggestions for food and activities, quiet, and the host was incredibly responsive. I felt right at home and would definitely stay again! Hopefully next year's IRONMAN. :-)

We didn’t realize this was walking distance to a beautiful spot on the Spokane River! We jumped off rocks and swam just a couple blocks from the home. Although the neighborhood is older we felt safe as 2 female friends traveling without our spouses. We enjoyed the White House and Current Kitchen restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again and felt it was a great value. AC/heat mini-split works great!

Our stay here was a beyond exceptional experience from start to finish in this home away from home! Easy booking and check in, exceptional communication with host, all the comforts of home in a reasonably priced, clean, quiet, delightfully decorated, separate entrance mother-in-law suite, complete with it's own private outdoor patio, picnic table and grill! Conveniently located with easy, quick access to local parks, beaches, Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. The hosts were wonderfully warm, graciously checking that we had everything we desired for a comfortable stay, while ensuring our privacy. My only regret is that our vacation wasn't longer! This will definitely be our 'go to' place to stay when in Idaho! Thank you so very much Heather and Joseph, we'll be back! God bless you and keep you!

Heather was very responsive. When delayed flights meant I’d be getting in very late, I thought I wouldn’t be able to reach her if I had problems finding the house but she responded very quickly even at 11pm. Before my stay, she reached out to offer groceries for breakfast and even accommodated my allergies! The flat uses space wisely and does not feel cramped; they chose their furniture and appliances wisely for the space. My boyfriend would come hang out in the morning for breakfast, and we comfortably ate and spent time in the space. The fan was a bit low for his 6’4” stature, but it was mostly the chains you pull to turn the light and fan on and off that he would collide with. They thought of everything but Heather still checked in just to make sure I didn’t need anything additional. All-in-all, a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The small house has all that you may need. We really enjoyed the little fireplace space heater and the extra seasonal touches (a small Christmas tree and Christmas lights)! Stayed here with my toddler and 4 month old and found it had all the right accommodations. The seperate bedroom with a sound machine really helped my toddler for nap times while I took care of the baby in the livingroom/kitchen area. Heather was wonderful! She checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Definitely hope to stay here again soon!!!

This adorable suite was so efficient and had everything we needed. Close to stores, restaurants and the 90/95 freeways. The owner was very attentive to our needs and often checked with us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

I live an hour out of town so it was wonderful to have a quiet relaxing place to study before a very important test. The rental was small, comfortable, and had a fantastic soaking tub that melted all of the pre-test anxiety away! Thank you so much for sharing this adorable space with us!

Heather was a great host, the perfect balance between being available without encroaching on our space. My wife and I stayed here with our 6 month old child and found the space perfect for our needs. The bedroom was just big enough to fit a pack and play adjacent to the bed. Black Bay Park was a short walk away and had beautiful views of the river.

It was easy to find, the neighborhood looked a little rough, but that’s Idaho. No reflection on the owners of the arbnb. I loved the patriotism theme and Christian decor. Beds were very comfortable!!

I stayed at this property for multiple weeks while working a summer job and was very pleased with the experience. The hosts are great people and it was very easy to communicate with them. They were very accommodating as well with anything I needed. I would stay with them again if I was in the area.
