The condo was new and fresh. Comfy beds. All the comforts of home. Within walking distance of downtown.

The location is close to downtown attractions, and the living space is clean and inviting, with a nice little balcony that is shaded in the morning. I highly recommend this property.

We spend a great 4 days over 4th of July at this little gem in the middle of the Historic district. It is exactly as described on the website, very clean! The owners are very responsive and a joy to deal with.

Everything was wonderful about Tamara’s place. Having the car pass was a major perk for us, and being greeted with Prosecco was a warm, welcoming gesture. The unit’s pristine cleanliness meant the world to us, especially given the last years with Covid. The kitchen was so well appointed and we loved the coffee bar. Linens and towels were top notch and beds were comfy. The noise machines and outlet connections were very thoughtful extra details. We appreciated the upscale and ample lighting and ceiling fans in the whole unit. Also enjoyed our coffee in the rocking chairs out on the balcony. We were so well located in the historic district, walkable to shops, restaurants, and the Riverwalk. Tamara was a great communicator and checked in with us periodically to assure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Wilmington!

This condo is beautiful, well stocked with all necessities and immaculately clean. Our only advice is that if you are a light sleeper the location is very noisy at night. There are several bars on the street that play loud music late into the night and into the early morning. I slept fine but my husband and our friends did not sleep well. It’s a shame as the location is great for restaurants and tourist spots.

We had a wonderful time in Wilmington visiting my son and his family. This property fit the bill perfectly! It was clean, spacious and beautiful. We got our exercise getting up and down the stairs to the unit and can always appreciate the workout! It is located downtown and easily walkable to all the shoppes. Tarentelli’s Italian Restaurant located downstairs is fabulous!!

Our entire experience celebrating our brother-in-law’s retirement was wonderful, from our first communication through checkout. Tamara and Bobby are great hosts, and the accommodations and attention to details are top notch! Great location, amenities, and service! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Wilmington.

This property is a fabulous location downtown. We were able to walk to all the downtown amenities - shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the parking across the street was very convenient. The apartment is impeccable. The bed (in the master bedroom) is super comfortable (we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom) and the bathrooms are very modern and clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen which is small but again very modern and clean. It has everything you need, and the coffee machine with both coffee and creamer was a welcome amenity. We didn’t need to reach out to Tamara for anything during our stay but she checked in with us to ensure we were happy with the apartment. We would definitely consider booking this apartment again if we were visiting Wilmington again.

Stayed here for our annual girls shopping trip! Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. We had a need arise during our stay and it was handled quickly. Communication was property manager was excellent. It is located in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend having dinner at Tarantelli's (below the condo) and Circa 1922. Both restaurants were delicious! Also recommend The Fork 'N' Cork for lunch. We enjoyed our time in Wilmington.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect if your plan is to spend time in the downtown area of Wilmington. Condo is located within 3 blocks of everything in the downtown Wilmington area. The hosts were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish with our rental and thought of every detail to make you comfortable. The pictures online do not give this unit the justice it deserves. Unit was absolutely perfect and probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in while renting through VRBO. Friday and Saturday night can get a little loud from the downtown noise but that is to be expected for the convenience of the location. We will definitely utilize this rental again on our next rip to Wilmington.

The condo was beautifully updated with all the newest appliances and very clean. It is located in the middle of all the action; surrounded by all the good stores & restaurants. Our hosts were very on top of all anticipated needs. You could tell they have a lot of pride in being hosts, which was very nice to experience. Everything was wonderful and we can't wait to come back!

We had a delightful three days in the historic area of Wilmington. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spotless, well appointed with furnishings and appliances, except no dishwasher. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we loved having ceiling fans throughout the living spaces. We had 2 cars so one of us had to pay to park in a lot next door and had to renew payment at 7 am every morning. We were within a few blocks of the River Front and walked to each of our three dinner reservations, which we loved. Out only complaint was the very loud music coming from a nearby bar until 2 am. The bedrooms had sound machines but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring noise canceling head phones or ear plugs. The owner was very pleasant and responsive and I definitely recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful wedding weekend staying at this property. The host was so gracious in helping jumpstart our wedding in such a sweet way and it was a wonderful place to retreat to after our wedding night. It is peaceful, clean and beautifully & comfortably furnished. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting downtown Wilmington! So wonderful!

I can’t say enough about this property. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, the communication was too notch. Check in was easy. The space exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for my fiancé and the couple we were in vacation with. The location so convenient- you can walk everywhere! The riverwalk is just down the street. There is a market right next door if you need anything. We can’t wait to come back and will stay here again.

My mother, husband, and I are absolutely satisfied with our decision to rent this property for our son’s wedding weekend. The location is great. The property is clean and luxurious. The parking pass for a neighboring lot eliminates the worry of metered parking. Owner, Tamara, provides clear and comprehensive communication and is very responsive to messages. The owners have obviously thought of just about everything you would need or want when you’re away from home. We had a wonderful weekend! My only recommendation would be to provide a mirror (ideally full-length) somewhere outside of the bathrooms for dressing. This property will be on our “favorites” list.

Had such a wonderful time with my daughters enjoying the sights of Wilmington and getting to catch up with dear friends living there. This is a place we found a few days before my mothers birthday and I am so glad we did! Tamara(Host) has done an amazing job making this place feel like a home away from home. She even left a bottle of Champagne as a gift to celebrate my moms birthday! I highly recommend River District!

Want to to start out saying the condo was just as nice as the pictures and a block from everything downtown. The balcony from the master has a great view of downtown and they didn’t skip on high end touches. When I initially booked the rental it took the property manager like two days to confirm and the booking almost got canceled bc they took so long to respond. I went through everything they sent for terms conditions and things of that nature and filled it out shortly there after. Fast forward to a couple of days before the trip I started receiving welcome emails and all that jazz from the property manager but didn’t pay that much attention as I was moving and working. I’ve rented from Vrbo before and they all say the same thing. Day of me checking in I got a call from a very upset property manager bc I hadn’t agreed to her terms and conditions. I told her I had already done all of that and she insisted I had not and wouldn’t give me the code to get in until I did. So after her going on and on about how I didn’t respond to her emails or calls she said I just needed to type in a email “I agree to terms and conditions”….. all of that for that….. They also had a door bell camera which most Vrbos have but they watched us through that all weekend long. Beautiful place but property manager is VERY particular and needs constant communication from you.
