Located in the area we normally stay, just a couple buildings down. Great communication with the owner. Price was great for our stay! Definitely plan on staying again in the future when we plan to visit GC.

Communication with the host was great. He was very communicative from start to finish. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the screened patio a lot!! Plenty of towels, blankets, cooking supplies and dishes.

Was never contacted by owner to review check in. Information on website said check in with Garden City Realty. When we arrived to check in we were told that there was no reservation for us. Upon checking the unit number they determined it was reserved in owners name and phone number. The manager made some phone calls and we were allowed to check in. We had to wait more than an hour for this process. I would strongly recommend that the owner reserve units in the guest name instead of his.
