The Space: This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, pet friendly, newly renovated property is on Main St. right across the street from the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie's Cucina. What sets this property apart from the rest is that you are actually in the township of Skaneateles but the entire village, downtown center and beautiful Skaneateles Lake are all at your fingertips! By simply taking a short walk you can start shopping in all of the wonderful boutiques or have breakfast, lunch or dinner in all of the fantastic dining choices within the village. The lake is only a 5-10 minute walk if you want to sit by the water and relax and read a book, swim or fish. The property itself has been newly renovated throughout and decorated in a refined and luxurious cottage style. It currently has one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second level. There is also a sofa bed on the main level. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite countertops. For our guests that enjoy the outdoors and also their pets, we have a large beautiful privacy fenced backyard and a spacious deck. There is also a spacious driveway with off street parking for up to 5 vehicles. Guest Access: Guest access is with no contact/keyless entry. The door code and home/departure instructions will be sent 2-3 days prior to your arrival. The Neighborhood: What sets this property apart from the rest is that you are actually in the township of Skaneateles but the entire village, downtown center and beautiful Skaneateles Lake are all at your fingertips! Came for Christmas. Very professional people who run the place. Perfect layout. Fenced in yard and fireplace were a bonus. Fees were a little high. It was a short walk to town. Love to go back in the summer.

The house location was perfect. In walking distance to town, the lake, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean, everything in great condition. The yard is very big and when we arrived we saw deer on the other side of the fence. She had a book with all the information about the town which was very helpful. Debbie is a wonderful host. She checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this house.

We came up from Florida to attend a funeral, over Memorial Day weekend, with 4 adults and 2 babies. The house was not advertised as baby proof, so, no complaints about it not being so. The 2 baby gates were handy, but certainly no substitute for watchful/ attentive parenting. The place was clean and comfortable. It IS directly next door to a Cemetery, which I suppose might make some people feel funny, but it did not bother us in the least. The cemetery is on the National Register of Historic Places, and makes for quiet neighbors. My brother and his wife stopped by for a visit and liked it well enough to keep it in mind for the next time they come up from South Carolina.

We loved the house and the location could not have been any better. Walking distance to everything. The communication was amazing with the owner. Loved how she made our stay so enjoyable checking in before we came to answer any questions and then once again while we were there. Plenty of parking. And while we chose not to bring our dogs the yard would have been so fun for them to play in. Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was great. Had everything we needed and more !!!

Our group had a wonderful time in Skaneateles. The house was well appointed and exactly as advertised. The location was great, and the fenced in backyard for our dogs was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we would definitely come back. I would recommend this home!

This house is incredibly clean, right down to the all white linens and cozy bedspreads. Little touches like yummy smelling hand soap, nice towels and bedding made the place feel like a luxurious treat. There is a lovely sunrise in the morning and the property is surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. The location is ideal and gave us the chance to take walks into the village every morning. We would definitely rent here again!

Beautifully maintained and clean property. So well thought out and tastefully decorated. Great location to see many local attractions, and restaurants. Wonderful linens and towels. We had hot humid weather to a drop to the low 50s during our stay, wonderful heating and cooling system. Would highly recommend this home.
