Jay was very courteous and easy to deal with. The place was exactly as listed. Perfect for what I needed which was a clean, safe, dog friendly place to stay the night while working in the area. Thanks Jay

A friend and I stayed at this house for two nights last weekend to watch our sons' swim meet nearby and were disappointed to find that the heat didn't work at all. The owner was super responsive, but when we contacted him the first evening he just pointed us to the extra space heaters in the closet (which was a little suspicious). In the hall closet there were 4 very old space heaters so we used them to heat our bedrooms temporarily and turned them off before we went to bed since they looked like fire hazards. The next afternoon he came by and "fixed it", but we returned that evening to the space heater on in the living room so the nest registered a 71, but when we turned it off to go to bed, we woke up to a cold house again... so we're pretty sure there is no heat in the house. We contacted him the next morning to let him know and he never responded - we just received several form emails for checkout procedures and emails asking for great reviews. The hot water in the master bathroom sink also was not working. The fact that the small house had 4 space heaters makes me think this is a recurring issue, or that the house doesn't have heat at all... so it would have been nice to have that made clear and it would have been nice for him to offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. We will not be returning and we don't recommend you stay here during the winter...

Our stay at the property was great. We had no issues what so ever. Jay communicated everything to a “t”.Neighborhood was quiet might I add. This will definitely be our home away from home

We stayed at the property over one of the weekend. Overall, it was a pretty good place and we liked the property and amenities with it. The property owner Jay is very responsive for any questions or requirements. We recommend the property and will stay there in the future.

Jay was easy to communicate with, the property was clean and quiet. Only negative was the Wi-Fi is very weak or not working. Couldn’t make a zoom call at the property.

The host was very helpful. He answers really quick and will make sure your stay will be its worth. Couldn't ask for more to be honest. The place was amazing! 11/10 when it comes to cleanliness and neighborhood was peaceful. There are neighbors but doesn't make a sound at all! Overall my experience was fantastic

It was a great experience in LA staying here in middle of a lot of things we wanted to do. The owner responds fast and is on things so I know if I need anything he is able to help. 10/10 would recommend this again. Hoping to come again someday !
