Relatively a new hotel , like the hotel , cleanliness
Incompetent staff , I had a problem with the key , reported a several time to the staff at front desk , they said they will take care of it but they never did and I was getting charged again to exit out of their parking lot

The property was immaculate and staff were very attentive.
Location and rooms are very well maintained. Food was good but more options would be good to add in breakfast.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Really beautiful and comfortable, lovely rooms, beautifully appointed reception area/lobby. Bedroom was modern, well maintained and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Staff were so polite. I couldn't fault anything, but i didn't try the restaurant. Hotel is good value for a more upbrand experience. The location is Chinatown, which is some distance from the main centre of LA, so it's best if you have a car. Parking in hotel is $20 a day. It is a pleasant, quiet, location and the area feels very safe. Lots of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants nearby if you like that kind of food.
I am very fussy about hotels and won't hesitate to criticise. Honestly, i couldn't find anything to crticise here. Originally I booked the Marriott SpringHill Suites (Manhattan Beach area) and after spending a night there i was so disappointed (dirty yucky place) that i changed to the Sheraton San Gabriel. The difference was like chalk and cheese.
