I had a three night stay at the Sheraton! Everything was amazing from the decor , ambiance, to cleanliness and spacious rooms! This hotel is beautiful! Housekeeping came everyday, there was a Starbucks on site , as well as a bar, breakfast and dinner! Definitely would recommend!

Spacious large hotel with relatively large room. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and efficient. A couple of suggestions for improvement: 1) the breakfast buffet at $25 per person was disappointing in quality of food and limited choices. One can get much better food and value at an outside breakfast establishment. 2) For California, the $18 per day self parking fee should be waved. Free parking around the area is plentiful. If a charge is required for the upkeep of the garage, it should be $5 at most.

Everything was great except there was hair in the shower and a stain on the shower mat. Not sure if the restroom was cleaned properly.

Check in was quick. It was very quiet. Pillows are very comfortable. There was no water available in the lobby, but there was a water bottle in the room. The restaurant's breakfast had very limited options. The breakfast was not worth the value.

The hotel's overall facilities are brand new, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. When checking out, I was in a hurry and forgot to take my newly purchased CBP facial cleanser. When I called back, the hotel staff helped search, but twice they told me they didn't see it. I'm pretty sure I left it in the bathroom. It's really unfortunate 😔. In fact, many small hotels nowadays rarely have such incidents. Also, a reminder for everyone: please take care of your personal belongings when checking out to avoid unnecessary troubles.

Staff was extremely helpful and positive. Room and gym were clean, stocked and spacious. Lobby was festive for the season. Lobby bar was an excellent place to gather with family to share food and drinks.

Booked a suite. Had free breakfast at the lounge which was nice when with our little one. The staff is super friendly and courteous. San Gabriel also has great food which was half the reason we went to LA. The area is quiet at night and rooms are soundproof enough. Would definitely considering staying again next time we’re in the city

The hotel was clean and cozy. Breakfast was not delivered on time even though we placed the order the day before. We had to call the server desk to get the breakfast. Our trip plan was delayed.

The outlook of the hotel is good, but the receptionist are not really friendly. I told them the desk lamp & sleep lamp are both broken when I checked in at first day. But, nobody to take care of repairs during my 7 days staying………..
