The location you have a shopping center close and easy axis to the freeway.
Well I was there for 3 nights and house cleaning never showed up. And also I was given the wrong room were I left my sunglasses and no one followed up on that.

Even though we did not get the room we reserved with 2 queen beds, we were able to use the sofa bed (not too comfortable). To make up for this, we were given 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers. The hotel was able to give us a room with 2 queen beds the next night. The rooms were clean and cool when we arrived. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were able to utilize the gym, which was very nicely equipped.
Our room was way at the end of the long corridor and the nearest elevator and ice machine were not working, so we had to walk all the way to the front.

NOTHING
DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST. THEY GAVE US AN OLD ROOM WAY AT THE OTHER END AND THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING AND GAVE US THE 4TH FLOOR. UPGRADES NEEDED IN THE ROOM AND THE RUG WAS FILTHY. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT US IN A ROOM FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE BECAUSE I HAVE REALLY BAD SCIATICA BUT THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AND SAID THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.
