Situated in Fenwick Island, this lovely house for $437 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Just a short walk to the beach, this two story home offers five bedrooms and two full baths. Partially remodeled, it is located on a canal and has a a large open deck. Central air conditioning with separate thermostats on each level. The amenities inside include a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and Comcast Xfinity highspeed Internet. TV room has basic cable and two bedrooms have smart TV's. Sleeper sofa in TV room. Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. With an outdoor gas grill, kayak, fishing gear and surfboards, there is everything to make your beach trip memorable. Off street parking for 4 cars. Dock for your boat. Centrally located so you can take advantage of everything Fenwick has to offer. Great spot for the crew to spend a week, or more! Sleeps 11. BAYSIDE OF COASTAL HIGHWAY

We lived staying here. The beds were comfortable which is very high on my list of importance! The kitchen was well stocked, the water just outside the back door was amazing, the two hvac units made it comfortable for everyone temperature-wise. The host was responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was an amazing spot for our family vacation! The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. We loved being in the water and it’s a short walk to the ocean. It is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Will definitely rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of Fenwick Island…we could walk everywhere (walking to High Tide coffee one block north was my favorite). The house was clean and the linens seemed new. My three daughters all enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The house had everything we needed—nice deck, games, puzzles, kitchen stuff, beach chairs and toys, and a double kayak. The neighbors were friendly and Nick (the owner) was helpful and responsive over messaging and text. The house had a nice and pleasant vibe. I think the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Besides our nasty weather for the first two days , the rest of the week turned out great . The house and neighborhood were perfect for our week stay. The checkin and checkout process was so easy. A special thanks to Nick our host for a special week

We enjoyed are stay and particularly the ability to have our boat docked there. We brought a 21' Boston Whaler with a 200 HP engine. Although there are some shallows until you get to he main channel, we had very little difficulties. The next door neighbors to the east were friendly and very helpful.

This house has more space than its front picture indicates. It has lots of the things you'll need already there. And the street is a great location, centrally located but quiet.

The property was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach and attractions. Parked our car at check in and didn't need it again until it was time to leave. The kitchen was the most equipped I have ever rented. Everything we needed was found at this property. The few questions we had were answered promptly. I would definitely rent again. What a fantastic week we had!!

This place is awesome. It's much bigger than it appears, and it's a short walk to the beach, far enough away from Ocean City that the beach doesn't get too crowded, but still a short distance to the attractions.

Unexpected Indian Summer Vacation
This was my 1st, direct VRBO experience and it was great. Well in advance I booked Nicks place, hoping the whole family could join us for a few days, here and there. Well, only the adventurous part of the family could make it and through a Noreaster, high winds and tides, we had a great time. After the kids left, my wife and I had the best weather ever and got to explore and relax in sunshine and 70-80 degrees. The house was family/pet friendly, well equipped and comfortable. Nick, our host was responsive and extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to families and small groups of family oriented individuals. Well behaved pets will be comfortable as well.

Nothing fancy but just right for a family beach get away.
Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Spacious home for our family. Great location on the canal and walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Nicholas was responsive and helpful with questions during our stay. The house had all the space and animinities we needed. Definately recommend for a peaceful get away. Only negatives would be that we had the minor inconvience of kerig not working, and a few missed cleaning details. However, would recommend and stay again.

Nice spot for a family vacation
The house isn’t fancy but it has everything you need to be comfortable. Great location close to beach but also on canal. Great large back deck and backyard. Plenty of parking for large group. 4-5 cars possibly more. Property owner is very good with communication. Recommend this property.
