Upon arrival we were happy with the condo. The location is great! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials - minus a dish rag or sponge but no biggie. We sat down in the living area to relax and picked up the remote for the TV. It did not work - at all. There are no buttons on the TV to turn it on. We swapped the batteries with the remote for the fireplace but it didn't help. We decided that it was no issue as the TV in the bedroom was working. Fast forward to bedtime... About 1am a loud knocking began in the mechanical closet in the bedroom. It would bang constantly for about 20 minutes and then stop. Then start up again half an hour later. This continued on until morning. We just brushed it off as a weird occurrence until midnight the next night. The banging / knocking began again. I immediately messaged the host. I didn't expect an answer right away as it was 12am but certainly didn't think that it would take 19 hours to get a reply. The host did apologize and said that she contacted her maintenance man but that it would probably be really late before he could come out. It was already late on our last night so having to deal with someone coming in and making repairs was not something that we wanted to deal with. We won't book this unit again or rent from the same host. And FYI - if you try to sleep on the couch, the trash truck comes through and picks up every dumpster at 5:30 so be prepared to wake up early.

The condo was very nice. The location was even better. For the most part, we kept our car parked and walked everywhere.The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only downside to this condo was the lack of storage space for our belongings; however, we made it work. I would recommend this condo.

We stopped on our way home for a few nights. The location and price was great. There was an annoying sound either the air conditioning or water heater. Other than that the stay was perfect. Becky was absolutely great to deal with.

This place was perfect for our short weekend in Gatlinburg. It was within walking distance if everything, yet quiet and comfortable!

The property is a great location we were able to walk to everything to save money on parking. We walked to Anakeesta and did a bunch of other things downtown gatlinburg. Property was clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Great location downtown Gatlinburg. My daughter had so much fun in the pool. The railing on the balcony was too wide for toddlers. Hopefully the property manager will get this up to date!

The room was in a quite part of town and close enough to walk the town of Gatlinburg.

Nice condo. Very clean. Plenty of towels, etc for kitchen and bath. Bed, shower, and AC all good. Nice location close to the Convention Center.

Not to bad,balcony did need some work! Back sliding door needs some maintenance,balcony ceiling panel was hanging down ,bird living on outside light,balcony needs cleaned more often,Inside very nice and clean!!

Nice area in Gatlinburg so you walk to all of the shops.

Very clean and modern. No smells or weird things. We were barely there as we were out and about during the day, but it was nice to come home to a clean and quiet place. Walking distance to all the shops on Parkway, which is an added perk. Highly recommended and would pick this renter again!

Very nice. Small condo but perfect for a couple. Very equipped with what you need. Only thing on the patio was a dove nest over the light. We were bothering her when we sat out there. I would recommend this unit. Thank you

Room was great. Description of property said there was a spa but there wasn’t. It was concreted in. And indoor pool wasn’t heated. Still would stay again knowing these things. Room was very acceptable and good size

Good location for convention center. The blow up mattress did not fit in the living area. Had to move tables and stack

Oak Square has been our go to place to stay in Gatlinburg for many years. Becky's condos are always well appointed, clean, and kept in good condition. She is also very easy to deal with and check in is always perfectly seamless.

Unit was very small but perfect for 2 people. We personally had very bad internet service. I was supposed to work but had no connection for a Zoom call. You could not ask for a better location. Properties in the area look old so I had nothing to compare it to. Birds next on balcony made us unable to sit outside.

Location was perfect for easy access to down town and Smoky Mountains. Unit was comfortable for two and as described.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo. The space was well equipped with everything we.needed, and had pleasant, updated decor. Parking at the building was easy and convenient. We were close to everything and an easy walk from shops, restaurants and attractions.

We snuck away for a few days and the propert was close to everything we w aged to check out but we far enough away to relax !!

Park your car on the property then walk short distances to EVERYTHING.

Great time Great location

Condo was exactly as described. Immaculately clean, well stocked, furniture was comfortable, heating and a/c were in good working order. Only issue was the television in the bedroom didn’t work - I think the remote needed batteries. The electric fireplace also did not work - again no batteries in the remote. Will definitely rent this one again.

Really enjoyed this property, just off the strip , within walking distance to the strip, quiet building. Perfect for a couple!
