I had a really lovely stay. The room was very clean, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the cleaners. The hotel is definitely worth the money, and the breakfast was amazing — 10/10! I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

What I liked about the hotel was the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The large TV was a nice bonus, and I really enjoyed having a good-sized balcony. The room also had a fridge that was completely available for personal use, which was very convenient.
I also appreciated having different types of blankets to choose from, so I could use whichever one was most comfortable for me. The bathroom was another highlight - it was large, spacious, and very comfortable to use.
What I didn’t like about the hotel was the view from the balcony, which was directly facing a large, completely abandoned and run-down building.
The room itself looked quite tired and dated, especially the bathroom. There was visible rust, and the shower head clearly needed to be replaced a long time ago. The floors were also sandy from the moment we arrived and remained that way throughout the stay.
I also didn’t like that the pool was only open until 6 PM. Another inconvenience was that no towels were provided at the pool. You either had to take the towel from your room that was intended for showering or buy a new one, which was quite disappointing.

The staff in reception and a couple of them in the canteen/restraurant area were lovely. I especially would say the reception staff as they always tried to help.
The breakfast was poor and limited. The food was cold and there was the same thing every day. I expected there to be a wider variety or at least hot food. Did not cater for any allergies (no gluten free) and was one coffee/tea machine which often meant that you were waiting around. The cleaner (although nice) did not clean the rooms (just made the beds and mopped) and even though the room was booked for 3, we had to ask for an additional blanket and additional towels. The facilities were only for 2 people (2 mugts, glasses). They only provide you with a bottle of water on the first day.
If you have to check out and have a late flight, there is no shower for you to wash and change (apart from the shower in front of everyone by the pool)
