The staff at the hotel were excellent, I arrived incredibly early due to travel and they let me use the pool, gym and restaurant until I could check in whilst watching my luggage. As a solo female traveller they went above and beyond to make me feel safe at the hotel. The facilities were excellent the pool was lovely, and the gym was well equipped. Location wise it was close to shops and easy to access the city centre. The room was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was delicious and had gluten free options available which I struggled to find elsewhere in Albania. I had a very late night flight the following day and allowed me to check out 5 hours late which was incredibly helpful and helped me organise an airport taxi.

Es war einfach klasse, der Pool, das Essen war einfach der Hammer 10 von 10 und das Personal war so herzlich, als wäre ich bei meiner Oma gewesen. Wenn ich noch mal Tirana kommen sollte, dann auf jeden Fall dort Buchen.
Man hört die Autobahn! Und die Mücken habe mich total zerstochen. Es wäre gut wenn man im außen bereich Lavendel aufstellen um seine Ruhe zu haben.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell.
Sauberkeit: Auf den ersten Blick war unser Zimmer sauber. Dann haben wir jedoch im Badezimmer und unter einem Stuhl Haarbüschel entdeckt (nicht nur einzelnen Haare!). Das ist inakzeptabel und darf in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht passieren.
Frühstück: Das Frühstück hatte einen gute Auswahl jedoch wurde das Essen nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl noch über eine Stunden Zeit zum Frühstücken war. Außerdem gab es nur Filterkaffee, bei dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich auch andere Kaffeespezialitäten wie z.B. Cappuccino. Das ist mittlerweile Standard selbst in günstigeren Hotels.
