The price was right if breakfasts not needed
Spa staff is friendly and hotel receptionist were accommodating by allowing to leave belongings if early to check in , food was great and it’s only about 10 minutes walk from the famous square
I didn’t like that you have to pay extra to attend spa facilities if you only paid a deal price, no shower works in the spa area, swimming pool water is cold

The room was new, big. Thanks to the whole window wall, the natural lightning was nice. The shower was clean and wide. Street parking was easy when we visit. The price was good enough. (45€ at May 2026). Max. 15 minutes of walking to the city center.

We stayed for 8 nights. The room we had was large, and quite comfortable. Our room was clean (although noting we did have to change rooms and our original room was less than the room we eventually stayed in.
1. Airconditioning in original room did not work. I was recovering from an accident and was not able to walk / leave the room so the lack of air con was a major issue. Had read reviews about this, so we requested a new room and the hotel was great at accommodating this request - the new room aircon was fine, although occasionally it would shut off for a period of time.
2. The rates varied greatly. We needed to extend our stay (originally booked for 2 nights, stayed an additional 5 nights), the room rate doubled per night from our original booking.
3. I believe a fraudulent transaction was attempted on my bank card from the staff at reception. Luckily my card was already blocked. We were in a rush checking out very early (approx 6am) and left the credit card behind at the desk after paying for incidentals. Whilst in the taxi to the airport, I contacted the hotel via whatsapp, staff that normally responded quite quickly via whatsapp, ignored my message when I asked if I had left it behind, then I had a TEMU ALBANIA attempted charge!
