We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. The chap on reception is excellent, friendly and informative - a pleasure to speak to. The location is excellent for walks into town and into the adjoining wooded park and lake. Our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable.. Breakfast and dinner were fine and good value.
The building remains in part a building site as it was last year, That does not impact the residents unless activities are particularly loud but it does spoil the view from rooms on the town side. We were told the hotel will be rebranded as a Hyatt hotel at some point in the future. A handrail on the steps up to the bar/restaurant would be good.

Excellent service and a perfect location in the heart of Tirana. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was handled with care and attention, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, close to the city center while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
