The Space: This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. The classic queen room comfortably sleeps two and our sofa converts to a sleeper perfect for one additional guest! This unit is great for small families as well as couples traveling together who enjoy their privacy but also want all the comforts of home. BOOK NOW! Guest Access: Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex. Other Things to Note: We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals. We were in town to dropped our child off at Gonzaga. This was a great place to stay and made it easy to get around. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Loved having the full size washer/dryer. Great communication with the manager. Only bit of constructive feedback is that the unit didn't have the best TV signal but honestly we weren't really there enough to have it be an issue. Would absolutely go back.

The apartment was fantastic and the service from the owners went above and beyond the call of duty. The area has some very nice restaurants not to far away from the apartment. My family and I really enjoy our stay.

We were in town for a family reunion. The place was clean and comfortable and easy access to freeways. We enjoyed walking to the Perry district for morning coffee. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating.

My spouse and I were pleased to stay here for our 10 year anniversary. The place is very cute and cozy. I was concerned with how close we were to the highway however we only heard one car over four days. Their cleaner did miss one thing but once i reached out to Jerry and Natasha they were on it to get it taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here! It was very clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Very convenient to get to downtown. It took us a while to figure out the central AC but that was quickly resolved after talking with the hosts. Would stay here again!

This property was exactly what we needed in a place to stay. The location was great, easy access to medical facilities, which is why we were in town. The kitchen was fully stocked, the size was great, and Jerry and Natasha sere super responsive!

Immaculate place! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have rented from the hosts several times and they are always responsive if you have a question. Our keypad to door didn’t work and they responded within a minute to a message and we got right in. We stay in Spokane often and now only search for their rentals as we have stayed in several and all of them have been extremely comfortable and clean. This apartment is easy access to get downtown fast. Highly recommend and we will stay again when in Spokane.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to cook in the full kitchen. 2 separate bedrooms and baths made this property a much better option than a hotel (and at a valuable price!) Would stay again.

This apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. There is some traffic noise from I-90, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, but other than that very comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and was in perfect shape when we arrived. We were 4 adults, needing 3 beds. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed, and then some. My sister slept on the pull-out couch and thought it was comfortable as well. Jerry and Natasha were very communicative and responded immediately when we had a few questions. We couldn’t find the extra bedding for the pull out couch, and they brought some to us within a half hour of being in touch with them. Everything about the place was perfect for our stay - including the proximity to downtown and relatives we were visiting. I highly recommend renting from Jerry and Natasha and will rent from them again if we find ourselves in need of a place when we’re visiting Spokane against. Thanks for an easy and comfortable stay!
