Come settle into beach time

Come settle into a slower rhythm on the Gulf, where the water is just outside your door and the days have a way of unfolding without much effort.

Slide open the balcony doors in the morning and step outside with your coffee. Feel the warm salt air, listen to the Gulf below and watch the first light move across the water. Look long enough and you may catch dolphins playing offshore or the shadow of a stingray gliding through the emerald water.

You’ll probably find yourself back on the balcony again and again throughout the day. It’s made for lingering — bare feet, something cold to drink, nowhere you need to be. And as evening approaches, stay for the show. Panama City Beach is known for its incredible sunsets, and from here you can watch the sky melt into those gorgeous mango-orange, pink and golden hues over the Gulf.

Warm, earthy and made for unwinding

Step back inside and the feeling stays relaxed. The condo has a warm, elegant, earthy style that feels calm and comfortable. It’s a soft place to land after hours in the sun — curl up on the sofa, make something delicious in the kitchen, take a cool shower, pour a glass of wine and settle in.

There’s a king bedroom for slow mornings and restful nights, hallway bunks that create their own cozy little sleeping nook, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer.

With room for up to six, the space works beautifully for a couple who wants room to spread out, a small family, or a beach getaway with people you love.

And the beach really is downstairs

One of the best things about staying at Seychelles is how wonderfully easy beach days can be.

Hop into one of the fast elevators, head downstairs and choose your mood: float in the Gulf-front pools, sink into one of the bubbling jacuzzis, stretch out in the Florida sunshine, or walk straight onto Panama City Beach’s famous sugar-white sands.

No packing the car.
No driving to public beach access.
No hunting for parking before you can put your feet in the water.

You are beachfront.

That means it’s easy to run upstairs for lunch, take an afternoon break in the air conditioning, grab something you forgot, or move between the pool and the beach as many times as you please.

During seasonal beach-service months, March 1st to October 31st, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included, making it even easier to settle into a day beside the water.

Stay close or go exploring

You could happily spend most of your vacation between the balcony, pool and beach — but when you feel like venturing out, you’re in one of my favorite parts of Panama City Beach.

Schooners, the iconic beachfront restaurant and beach club, is right next door, close enough to walk over for seafood, cocktails, live music and another sunset - no need to get back into the car.

Nearby you’ll also find St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island adventures, dolphin tours, boating, fishing, local restaurants and plenty of ways to get out on the water.

Or don't.

Stay barefoot. Order something delicious. Take your drink back to the balcony and watch the Gulf change colors.

That’s the kind of vacation this place is made for.

ADDITIONAL PARKING INFORMATION

If you will be bringing more than one vehicle, please contact me before your arrival so we can help make arrangements.

An additional parking permit may be available for $30 for one additional vehicle, except during designated blackout periods when the resort limits parking due to higher seasonal occupancy.

Blackout dates typically include June 1 through July 31, along with select dates in March, April, and October around seasonal holidays and special events. Because these dates can vary slightly from year to year, please contact me before your stay to confirm whether additional parking is available for your dates.

If an additional resort permit is not available, nearby public parking may be available for a daily or weekly fee.

NO-PET POLICY

Seychelles Beach Resort does not allow guests to bring pets. This is an HOA policy and applies throughout the resort.

We love our four-legged family members too, but please make other arrangements for pets before your stay. Guests arriving with a pet may be required by the HOA to remove the animal from the property.
