We spent the christmas week at this cozy cabin and everyone enjoyed! The location is great for guests who loves to explore the outdoors as it is close to state parks and beautiful trails. It is also conveniently located to grocery stores. The host is responsive to our queries.

It is dog friendly. Very clean.
Has 3 Large TVs, large screened in porch, nice and quiet location among the trees, close to state parks, waterfalls, the Dillard House, Highlands, NC, places in the house for playing board games & card games, etc.
Not enough food prep equipment, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, cooling racks, etc. There isn’t a light over the kitchen sink, the ice dispenser on fridge shoots ice onto floor (maybe a kitchen mat in front of fridge would help?), the master bath sink needs a drain basket, and in general just needs a few more supplies (light bulbs, batteries, dishwasher soap, enough dishes & silverware for full house guest capacity.

The decor was nice.
My Mountain View was obstructed by lots of trees. The room downstairs had a weird mildew type smell after the rain had fallen outside. Some of the upstairs common room furniture was sticky and we had to wipe it clean. The master bedroom television had a Roku connected but the television did not identify the connection so we had to connect one of the other family members PlayStation up to it so we could look at YouTube.

there was a Roku tv in the bedroom upstairs with no remote. just wanted to say that here so they know it’s missing!
I actually went and got one for myself to travel with.
