Situated in Catalina Foothills, this lovely house for $396 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The entire home plus the Guesthouse with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom with full bathroom features a King bed, 55in TV, bathroom and french doors leading out to the newly landscaped backyard Both guest bed rooms feature closets, TV's and Queen beds The Guesthouse features full kitchenette with full sized stove and microwave, 2 Queen beds,TV, desk and chair, full bath and closet. It also features a large picture window that showcases the unobstructed mountain views. Main living area: Throughout the home enjoy 5 Smart TV's with cable and local channels available. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas. There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on nearly an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous! Backyard: There is a pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. The Backyard has been freshly landscaped with plenty of play space for the kiddos while you relax in the pool or spa. Location: This home is in the heart of the Catalina Foothills. Just minutes away from La Encantada Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, AJ's fine foods, Safeway Grocery, multiple High End Resorts, golf, hiking trails and much much more! Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING) -No Parties. No questions asked! -Home is equipped for 8 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night. -Must be 25 or older to book the property -No smoking -No pets -Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a minimum of 2 days for heating. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature -Pool heating will be available October 15th through May 1st -Spa heating will be available year round -Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property -There is a camera at the front door (door bell camera) -There is an exterior camera in backyard. Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed

The location was ok and the amenities were good. It was mostly clean but there was hair in the primary bathroom. The baseboards throughout the house were majorly scuffed and scraped. The walls were scratched up in spots. Several of the door were banged up. The bathroom faucets were missing the aerator.

Loved this place. We golfed every morning then spent the afternoon/night poolside enjoying the scenery. All the amenities that anyone would need. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tucson.

The house was perfect for a group of friends in Tucson for a wedding! We enjoyed the pool area and hottub. The house was situated perfectly to accommodate all of us and was located very close to some of my favorite restaurants! We will definitely rebook for next time!

Wish I could give this 10 stars. Fantastic home, even better than advertised. Sparkling, clean, spacious rooms, and tons of unexpected little “extras” that made our family trip fantastic. Excellent communication with owner, who worked with me when I requested a change in timing. If we ever come back to Tucson, we’re staying here!!

Our 5 family members try to meet in Arizona every year in April for a week of warmth, sunshine and pool time. This house had all of that and plenty of room for everyone and a huge indoor living room plus outdoor pool and deck area. Just perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The grandkids had a great time playing in the pool. At the end of our busy days, my husband and I could go to our private casita. The sunrise and sunset from here were so pretty. It's very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The hostess, Kemena, communicated with us to make sure everything was going well. We've stayed in several VRBO's, but never had a host treat us this well.

Great property for a group. We loved the privacy, pool and backyard area to just sit and relax in after our days on the golf course. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals.

We did a girls weekend here with some friends from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed it! The property was a great size for our group and had everything we needed. We enjoyed time by the pool and chats on the big patio. It’s close to everything so we had plenty of options for restaurants. The host was responsive and helpful and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean and pleasant. Very nice and responsive owners, super easy and friendly. Not quite as perfect as the pictures, with some wear showing on walls, floors, etc…but all the conveniences and features were there and available We had a great time, enjoyed the house and would recommend.

This place was the perfect place if you're looking for an oasis in the desert. Our family loved staying here. My MIL (whom we were visiting with here) was even able to stay in the guest house and have her own space, which was extra special. Waking up and having a pool in your backyard is a must with the AZ sun and the he spa was also a luxury after the sun went down. The house is very comfortable with everything you need provided and a few little extras that were super nice, including a coffee bar. The location was also perfect for some beautiful views of the mountains.
