With four bedrooms, a private pool, and an expansive deck, our home is built for quality time together. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our smoke-free home is in a quiet neighborhood. With a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, this southwestern retreat boasts stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking Arizona weather. You'll be surrounded by unique tongue and groove hardwood ceilings, making for a one-of-a-kind experience. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunrise while practicing yoga on one of our provided mats. The large deck, equipped with full surround sound, is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Grill up a delicious meal on the gas BBQ. Take a dip in the pool, complete with lounging chairs, umbrellas, and swim towels provided for your convenience. For an additional fee during the winter months, the pool can be heated to a comfortable 85 degrees. Safety is our top priority, which is why the pool is protected by a fence and magnetic child safety locks on the gates. As the sun sets, the whole yard comes alive with beautiful lighting, perfect for a game of cornhole or a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. And don't worry about leaving your furry friend behind - we're a pet-friendly house! Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation, our home has it all. Please note that the entire house, backyard, and pool area are accessible by guests. The shed area attached to the carport is not accessible and is a locked space. We hope you enjoy your stay! We recommend heating the pool during the months of Oct-May. The fee is $100 a night. In certain situations, we extend the option of early check-ins and late checkouts to our guests for a fee of $50. We encourage guests to inquire about these services during their stay, as availability may vary based on occupancy and scheduling No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house, and breaking this rule will incur a $500 penalty. Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are not permitted, and a penalty of $500 will be imposed for any violations of this rule. TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE AND USE TAX LICENSE: 21487625.

This was a surprise birthday we booked with a couple of friends and our two dogs. Everyone had a great time. The house is perfect for entertaining, our dogs had a lot of fun in the outdoor space. Kat is a great host and was very helpful with answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

My family and I loved this property! It's a gorgeous mid-century modern home with a beautiful outdoor pool and deck area. Our daughters are home from college for the summer and just wanted a short stay-cation with a pool and we definitely picked a winner. Great location near lots of food and shopping options. But, honestly, we mostly just stayed at the house or in the pool. Lots of games are provided and we really enjoyed the unique outdoor lighting and sound system. We highly recommend this property!

This house has all the comforts of home and an amazing backyard. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck under the trees. The kids loved the pool. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. There is plenty of room the spread out, both inside and out.

This was by far the best VRBO we've ever been to! They had everything we needed and were very accommodating to our needs and our group! The kids had a blast doing yoga from the book and the mats. Of course, the pool was the crowd favorite. Can't thank you enough. Highly recommend and will plan to stay again!

This was our second visit to Tuscon. Property was as described and ready to go as promised. Everything was clean and ready to go. Appreciated the stocked Keurig and well equipped kitchen. Worked great for our family. The location was convenient.

We grew up in this neighborhood, so it was fun to return to Tucson and stay right on our old street. The house has everything, was kept meticulously and we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our visit. We hope to return soon and often!

We moved our son in to the U of A from our of state and this house was perfect for the whole family. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and well-appointed. The hosts have thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great! The guest book was helpful for local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

I recommend the home for anyone traveling to Tucson; it’s a home away from home. We enjoyed the pool, open kitchen and dining area. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding, clean linens, and plenty of kitchenware. I will definitely reserve this home again.
