Enjoy 3 master suits each with private full bathroom and luxury Tuft & Needle mattresses Quick drive or walk to everything in downtown! 15-20 min drive to Pensacola Beach or catch the seasonal ferry that leaves from downtown. Perfect for families or couples! Each bedroom is private and has its own attached bathroom. This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture. Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating. -High speed internet -65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.) -High quality “Everyone” brand shampoo and body wash in each bathroom -Parking accommodates two cars with potential for additional street parking -Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs -Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island) This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach. There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks. Driving: 15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach 12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport 15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available. We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels. Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval. Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable. -Due to local laws, insurance, or HOA ordinances, all guests must be 21 years or older. Any guest under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for their entire stay. You agree to provide identification when requested. -Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home -No additional guests at any time beyond who is listed in the booking without prior approval -No parties or events -Wash any used dishes or start dishwasher -We are not responsible for any items left behind after you check out. If you realize something is missing, we will do out best to get it back to you. If found, we will charge a minimum $25 fee for shipping and handling (depending on the size of the item.) Or you may have someone pick it up in person.

We loved staying here! The property is well maintained and is very comfortable. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom and shower, making it incredibly convienient for larger groups. It was also in a nice quiet area close to downtown Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. You will not go wrong staying here! The hosts were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again. A+++

Stayed here for one week as we dropped our daughter off for college. Easy check in. Property was brand new, super clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to everything we needed. Owner was quickly responsive to any issues. Only heads up is no TV’s in bedrooms, and main TV is streaming only. I would definitely stay here again. Highest recommendation!!!

The house location is great the neighbor is nice the house was very clean and beds comfortable, the only thing we didn’t like was no pizza pan, shaker for drinks lemon squeezer and the bedrooms should have small TVs but again these are just suggestions the place was wonderful

This property was really great. It was spotless, everything was new. Has a washer and dryer. The bedrooms were large and very clean and comfortable. The hosts stayed in touch with us and gave us contact numbers for them if we needed anything. Were were attending an event at NAS Pensacola which was less than 15 minutes away. I can't say enough good things about this property. If we are invited back for this event next year, Ryan and Naomi will be my first call.

This rental property was perfect for my little family and I ! I’m OCD and was worry about the cleanliness, but this rental couldn’t be more clean. The location is perfect to downtown and even the drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and safe,I definitely recommend it… I appreciate the communication from the host as well .

A peaceful, clean, and convenient place for my family to stay while we were in town for my mother’s funeral. Great property! Owner was fantastic to work with. It was such a nice retreat for my family during a very sad heartbroken time. Will recommend to others.

For my return booking to this property would actually say it improve now that there's a few more miscellaneous items like spices etc. It's nice that a rental actually uses good quality hygiene products. Had one minor issue during my stay and the host was available at 9:30 at night to help me resolve it within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay again!

My family and I were very happy with this property. We were actually in town taking care of family business, so we did not have time to see any of the sites, but the house was clean and well-kept, and most importantly for us, it was in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was bright and open in the family area, and having a bathroom for each bedroom as well as the half-bath on the first floor was a nice amenity. We will definitely recommend this house to any friends and family staying in the Pensacola area, as it is also close to downtown, and a reasonable drive to the area's beaches. Thanks to the property owners for giving us a chance to stay there.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. The property owner was great to work with. We spoke several times throughout our stay, and she was great about giving advice and answering questions about the area. My husband and I stayed with two children (19 & 12). Our friends and their daughter (16) also stayed with us. We had plenty of room. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom and there was an additional 1/2 bath. That made things so much easier! Not too far from any stores that we needed and Pensacola Beach is fairly close by. We had an excellent experience!

Everything was fresh, new and clean. There were 3 couples in town for a wedding, and the layout was perfect with each room having en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was great and well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy and good air conditioning. We had 3 cars so had to utilize street parking for one, but we never had a problem finding a space. Parking at unit is tight if you have a large vehicle (we had a Ford F-250). Location was close to down town, and older houses have been torn down & replaced with new builds. Would definitely stay again!

Can't really say enough good things about this property it's brand new, well-appointed, in a great location, and the host thought about all the little things that a lot of owners forget. What I mean by that is there was even Band-Aids in the drawer --which came in handy. We really like having assigned bathrooms for each bedroom so we don't have to share a bathroom running into each other getting ready for work. I would definitely recommend and I'm going to stay again in April. Only thing I have to say and it's not really a negative- it's just a fact to be considered; if you have a big truck it's a very tight parking scenario- probably better suited for smaller cars or SUVs. Thank you so much!
