This coastal chic home is perfectly situated in the heart of Destin with a large community pool right outside the front door, less than 3 blocks to the beach and a quick, easy walk to some of the best shops and restaurants in the area. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ private full bathroom (upstairs) + NEW 65in ROKU TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (upstairs) + 50in ROKU TV Bedroom 3: King Bed (downstairs) + NEW 65in ROKU TV Bedroom 4: King Bed (downstairs) + NEW 65in ROKU TV 5th bed - sleeper sofa in living room with memory foam mattress - recommended only for kids for comfort purposes The home features an open concept floor plan for the main living areas - kitchen, dining, and family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal and includes a fully stocked coffee/tea bar. The living room is newly updated with plenty of seating and a 70in ROKU TV. We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Absolutely no pets allowed! Absolutely no smoking allowed on premises! PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) + Garage (1 vehicle) The unit can accommodate 3 full sized vehicles parked directly on the premises. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by. Boats, trailers, mini-buses, RVs, camper trailers, etc., may not be parked in front of (or at) the house. A small trailer (for jet skis) will fit in the garage and count as a vehicle towards the 3 vehicle max. Please note - this home has routine pest control service, but you may see a critter, bug (i.e., Palmetto Bugs which are incredibly common in Florida and seek cooler climates when it is hot outside) during your stay. Please ensure you do not leave windows or doors open for any period of time and all food is properly stored in a sealed container. We do not provide refunds for bugs. The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, garage entry door into home, and the back patio facing the yard/sidewalk - all devices are motion activated and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with (unplugging, covering, etc.) any of the cameras will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. Must sign rental agreement upon booking. You must be at least 25 YO in order to book this home and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART; YOU ARE WELCOME TO RENT ONE FROM A RENTAL COMPANY DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A LIFTED GOLF CART AS IT WILL LIKELY NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

The townhome was spacious and comfortable. Our family of five were very happy with our stay. Kate was super responsive to any questions we had. The beach cart, umbrella and chairs were great. We stayed 5 nights and had plenty of time to paper and paper towels. Everything you need to make meals is here!!! The unit is literally across the street and the street in in the complex so not crossing a y busy streets. Right across the way is Destin Commons so it is really convenient!! You will not be sorry if you rent this unit!

Beautiful property, clean, had everything we could have possibly needed for meal prep and stay, including beach and pool items. Had 3 teens, 1 child, and 4 parents and all were plenty comfortable. The Good: The Garage- if you travel w/ toys, this is so convenient and a must! (golf carts, jet skis, etc) Super easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, Destin Pier & Boardwalk areas Well stocked kitchen w/ all the appliances we have at home Didn’t need to bring any beach stuff, unit had 4 chairs, umbrellas, cart, xtra towels and pool floaties The host is very accommodating, checks in on you to be sure everything is as expected and responds to emails almost immediately The Less-than-Perfect: Nothing was bad to list but should note 😊 The parking spaces are tight! If your vehicle is longer than a crew cab short bed F150 (2015) it will not fit- 3 inches from building left almost the whole front bumper still in the street The beach is walkable but it is a bit of a hike and you have to go down a ways because the resort at the closest access has the entire front row set up w/ their chairs/umbrellas (seemed to be plenty of parking if drive down though) Golf carts reign supreme for this! Being geared towards families, one of the secondary bedrooms would probably be better suited as 2 twin beds or as a bunk room for the kiddos instead of 2 Kings and 2 Queen beds If you go on a peak/Holiday weekend, be prepared to cook or go out really early as everything everywhere is packed w/ long waits and bring a few grocery items or things you need from elsewhere since the grocery stores have a hard time keeping things on shelves w/ the huge crowds

The townhouse was very cute, clean! Pool was located right in front of the townhouse, super convenient! If your walking to the beach with a load (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler etc.) It is a bit of a walk once you factor in finding a spot to set up on the beach. Kate did have access to a wagon for us to lug our stuff to the beach which was nice. Neighborhood seemed safe when walking! I would deff book again!
