It’s a direct ocean multi-level penthouse located in the uncrowded peaceful beach of Cape Canaveral ,has a heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Close to Cocoa beach, Cocoa village, shopping, restaurants ,the beautiful Brevard Zoo and a nice walk down the beach will take you to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Combining the beach with a cruise vacation? we are minutes from Port Canaveral 3 days + cruises, and numerous waterside restaurants! A favorite with future astronauts! Many of our guests stay with us while their children attend programs at the nearby Kennedy Space Center. To keep the space adventure going, we even have an astronaut ceiling light on duty, glow-in-the-dark space blankets, and a fun space-themed board game kids love “QUOKKA” Space Game and “FLORIDA/POLY“Endless Fun Included!

This was the perfect respite for the week. We witnessed 3 launches and an “anomaly” from the beach and had a clean, spacious place to work and sleep. The kids were at space camp during the day, and the commute was easy. Good food nearby - just shop before you arrive. Everything we needed to cook was available. The host is super helpful. The other residents were all very kind and neighborly. We loved it!

What an absolutely fantastic stay we had! Came into town for my mother in law's celebration of life and made a vacation out of it. Really enjoyed the beach access, pool/hot tub, and wonderful views from the balcony. This is a well-stocked, fantastic condo with everything we needed! Hosts were exceptionally responsive and had lots of great ideas and suggestions for fun things to look for in the area. First time seeing a wild sea turtle, too! Highly recommend this wonderful property, especially for families with younger kiddos. Our girls had a fantastic time. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!

Until was very well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. We based our visit on a launch which the beach just outside was a great place to watch a 6am takeoff. The proximity to Kennedy Space Center was also a plus. We are big on communication and they were terrific. Any question anytime I got a response. They also provided information on resturants places to visit and live shows for that week. Johanne and Richard were awesome hosts. Oh. The property was also very well maintained and had a nice pool and hot tub if you didn't want to get sandy.

We stayed 2 weeks at this property and had a a great time . Easy check in, parking , and view to die for. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella to use. Beds were comfortable and plenty of things to do inside and outside the condo. We were there during the air show and saw 3 incredible launches as well during our 2 weeks. I can’t say much about the kitchen as I refuse to cook while vacationing but it looked like they had everything you need. Joanne the owner was top notch! I feel like I made a friend just corresponding with her. Book this property you won’t be disappointed.
