Great location

Wonderful location in the downtown area of Fiumicino for a stay before we left for the airport in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Extremely clean place overall with comfortable beds and plenty of space.
It is an apartment on the floor above ground level (which would be on the first floor for Europeans or 2nd floor for Americans) so there is a flight of stairs to take your luggage up if that is a problem.
The AC unit in the breakfast area is strong but the flow does not go all the way to the big bedroom at the end of the hall. The ceiling fan was a little small for the big bedroom so I was too warm. I would have slept in the living room if I had to do this again.

We like the location. It was in walking distance of the port, many restaurants and the beach. The pathway nearby is fantastic to walk or bike.
We specifically picked this location because it had a washer. We were at the end of a month long trip and wanted to do our laundry before heading home. When we asked where the washer was, the host said it was broken. No previous notice. In addition, we love coffee, but we would not use the coffee machine because it was old and the water tank/bottle looked very dirty. We ended up buying coffee out all of the time.
