As someone who grew up with Napoli as my favorite team in the late 80s, during Maradona's prime, it was a cool experience to visit Naples, and I’m glad I stayed at Diamante.
It’s a good hostel with your own toilet/shower and a fridge. It’s clean, and everything is working. The room has air conditioning and fast, reliable wifi. Friendly staff and an accommodating host who speaks English and is responsive on WhatsApp should you have any queries.
The location is excellent, with the central railway station and a grocery around the corner. Alibus is the non-stop airport shuttle that stops in front of Napoli Centrale. Additionally, if you want to go for a run or walk in a less crowded area, there is the financial district nearby. The famous pizzeria L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, where Julia Roberts ate pizza in a movie, is also fairly close by; the movie is based on a book, but the movie title kind of reflects Naples as a city as well: “Eat, Pray, Love”.

Room was clean, close to the train station. Had terrace, free toiletries. The host was really nice.
The hot water was spending really fast.

The location of this establishment is absolutely ideal. The beds provided an incredibly comfortable night's sleep, and our room was exceptionally well-equipped, offering everything we could possibly require. I must also commend one of the staff members, Adriano, for his exceptional friendliness and prompt responsiveness to our inquiries. Furthermore, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the splendid balcony, which afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view.
While our stay had many positive aspects, there were a few challenges we encountered. Firstly, our room was located on the third floor, and regrettably, there was no elevator available. This made getting to our room a bit of a workout, especially with luggage.
Additionally, we faced some issues with the air conditioning unit, as it had a tendency to turn off intermittently. This proved quite uncomfortable, particularly on our first night when we struggled to sleep due to the rising room temperature. Fortunately, Adriano came to our rescue and managed to rectify the issue to some extent, though we still had to wake up multiple times during the night to manually switch it back on. While I understand the importance of energy conservation, it might be worth considering disabling this feature during nighttime hours to ensure guests have a more restful sleep.
Lastly, a minor suggestion would be to be cautious when entering the building, as the door is somewhat small. I, unfortunately, banged my hand against it twice during our three-day stay.

Location is good next to the train station and metro station. Napoli is very dirty and this neighborhood especially.
Air conditioner didn’t work properly and it was very hot in the room, we couldn’t sleep during the night. The accommodation is in the third level of house but it’s actually 6 floor because their high ceiling! No elevator so this was horrible after whole day of walking. The room didn’t had a second blanket. Its very old and didn’t smell good. I wouldn’t stay there again. We waited for the owner more than 30 minutes even though I texted him in advance.
