The home is fitted with smoke sensing devices that will notify the owner if smoke is detected within the home which can lead to an immediate cancellation mid rental without refund. An additional smoke cleaning fee will be applied which is VERY costly. Fantastic property with all the right amenities. The master bedroom on the entire upper floor is spectacular but the backyard tops them all! Phenomenal pool that is like a resort in your own backyard with the best views AZ can offer. Andrew was quick with any questions and made the entire process seamless. My customers were highly impressed, I'll be back for sure!

This mansion sits up top and has immaculate sunrise views that we enjoyed every morning! This house has everything you wanted and more! Clean, loved the amenities and owner was easy to work with! We didn’t want to leave! Loved the game room, pool, hot tub, and movie theater. An all-inclusive resort! Also loved that the stores and park were just blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.

This vacation home made our first blended family Christmas unforgettable! The home is spacious with breathtaking views. The neighborhood is nice for morning & afternoon strolls. The location is truly made for peace & tranquility. Grocery shopping & quick food pick ups are easily accessible. Andrew is a fantastic host. He provided lists for things to do & places to go for entertainment. He answered every message promptly & offered to send help if needed. The house & property is clean (feels clean & smells great). The weather was warm enough so the kids & young adults could swim for a couple of hours. Initially, we thought the location would be too far from the city but the drive was easy. This home truly made our Christmas merry & bright.

We stayed at this beautiful home with family for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The house sits on a hillside with gorgeous views out to the mountains, and a big deck to enjoy outdoor meals and happy hour. We had 10 adults and 2 children and had lots of room to spread out. The kids (and the adults) really enjoyed the game room with the air hockey, ping pong and pool tables. Since we were cooking for Thanksgiving, it was great to have a second kitchen downstairs for more refrigerator space and another oven. We also appreciated the prompt communication with our host.

Our experience visiting Fountain Hills was a first and it did not disappoint! Our group enjoyed the great views, amazing pool, and the house was immaculate. The home theatre was top-notch with leather recliners and state-of-the-art surround sound. The host, Andrew was very easy to work with and we will definitely be coming back for a future visit!

This house, its’ amenities, games, pool and backyard are one of the best for your family or friend group to make memories! The location and neighborhood are quiet and clean, far enough from the rat race but close enough to good restaurants and fun. The owner is as good as they come!

I was very excited to stay at this place based on the pictures and description and it 100% lived up to it. The views from the pool/balcony are of all the mountains and the sunset was great to watch. The home theater is wonderful for a big group. I would come back to stay here in a second. Andrew was also very on top of returning my messages and was able give us an earlier check in time no additional charge. Thank you!
