Bermuda Beachfront home offers an open floor plan with kitchen (fully outfitted for all the cooking you will want to do), dining to the living area has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows or sitting on the deck while the entire family watches as the sun comes up toward the East and the shrimp boats glide past the second sand bar. Guests will enjoy a 65"" flat-screen TV in the living area. This three-bedroom home has sleeping accommodations as follows. Three bedrooms and three full baths on the main level of the house (remember all houses are up one flight of stairs). The primary bedroom on the main level features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), TV and bath with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen size beds (sleeps 4) and a full bath with step-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin over full bunks beds (sleeps 6). The living area features a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Charcoal up the grills and hang out downstairs listening to the sounds of the surf roll in. A great place to spend your summer vacation and a quick trip to the Galveston Strand, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, restaurants, and much more! Location, location, location! BERMUDA BEACH Bermuda Beach has the best of both worlds, with a drive-on portion of the beach to the East of the neighborhood for those who prefer to drive their vehicle or golf cart and those with limited mobility and most of the beach in this neighborhood is walk-on only, ideal for families with little ones. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
