Diamond Beach 513 is a 2/2 condominium located at the much sought after Diamond Beach Resort.  This luxurious property boasts both an indoor and one-of-a-kind outdoor swimming pool with 300' lazy river.  The amenities at Diamond Beach Resort seem endless - game room, work out facility, business center (for those who must work while on vacation), cabanas, wine room, movie rooms (by reservation).    Guests walk into this beautifully decorated condo which features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.  Dining area has table for six, kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances and all the kitchen tools necessary to prepare any meal a guest may have in mind.  The primary bedroom has a queen bed, television, and ceiling fan with en suite bathroom (step in shower).  The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan.  The living area has ample seating including a full size sleeper sofa.  Guests will enjoy the most spectacular morning views of the sunrise from the balcony - above the tree line where birds fly and shrimp boat views are in abundance. Relax and watch as the brown pelicans swoop by circling and diving into the Gulf of Mexico. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit). If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand. Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
