Nestled in Diamond Beach, this lovely condo for $425 per night is a great choice for your next break. Diamond Beach 304-Sapphire is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condominium with views of the 400' Diamond Beach swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.  Sit on the patio for early morning sunrises and watch the shrimp boats out in the Gulf while you sip your morning coffee. In the distance you can see the pelicans as they soar overhead and dive into the water for some early morning breakfast or the last bites before the sun rests. This unit features a primary bedroom with king bed, television and en suite bath with step in shower.  The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for a total of eight guests.  This condominium also has cable television and wifi for your convenience. Join us at Diamond Beach 304-Sapphire for a relaxing get away - still close to everything that Galveston Island has to offer.  Only minutes to the Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.  Sorry, no pets at Diamond Beach resort. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit). If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand. Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. Upon arriving to our destination, check in was excellent. When we got to the condo there was a large fake leather chair that the leather was flaking off of it & it was a mess on the floor. The hide a bed couch was broken & it was almost impossible to sit on. The filter in the refrigerator needed to be changed. We called Ryson to let them know. I did not receive a call back so I called the next day & they told me they had received my message & had a maintenance guy on the way over. I was shocked that I was not called & told them. Two of the ladies stayed behind to meet with the maintenance man & he agreed with our findings, took pictures & left. I called the next day to inquire about the filter in the refrigerator & again never received a call back. We were there 4 days & I never heard from Ryson unless I called them back. We were told at check in that we had 4 rolls of toilet paper for 6 women for our entire visit. Any paper goods needed would need to be purchased by us. We had one towel, hand towel & wash towel for each person for our four day stay. This is ridiculous!! We had to go to Walmart & purchase towels, paper towels, hand soap & body soap not to mention more toilet paper. The trip was fun as we did get to visit by sitting at the kitchen table but for what we paid - we should have had better accommodations.

- Check in was confusing. - We were delayed over an hour because it was not ready and still being cleaned but was not adequately cleaned. We washed the sheets ourselves and found crumbs and trash throughout the condo. - There was no dishwashing detergent and there were dishes in the dishwasher. - The fold out couch was so uncomfortable and dirty that we ended up buying an air mattress and sheets. - There were no blinds for privacy or sleeping in for anyone in the living room space. - The water slide was not open and has clearly not been used for some time. - The lazy river and pools were very well kept and a lot of fun. - The light in the master shower was out and the light in the hall bathroom would turn off randomly. - The free grills available near the pool had issues and took us much longer to grill dinner than expected.

1. Beds had not been made prior to us checking in...I had to make a call to have someone come back to make the beds. 2. Primary bedroom has a window in between the bedroom and bathroom - not ideal when 1 person is sleeping and another person needs to turn on the lights to go use the bathroom. 3. There is a window between the dining area and primary bedroom, so again light coming in while you are sleeping is a definite negative. 4. The unit is very noisy in general, so you can't have people watching TV in the living room and others trying to sleep. 5. My biggest issue is that the management company has you fill out this 5 page waiver that you have to read and initial at multiple points....way too much work when your just trying to have a nice relaxing vacation.

Absolutely loved the splash pool and lazy River! Condo was nice and cool with lots of fans. Walk-in shower was nice but the tiles were slippery.
