Situated in Saugatuck, this lovely house for $400 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Call Me Francis! Your home away from home! Call Me Francis is a charming, light-filled four bedroom, three bath, three level Cape Cod, on the edge of “The Hill,” just steps away from all downtown Saugatuck has to offer. This freshly decorated and painted home boasts two comfortable common areas and three levels, so family and friends can vacation in comfort. INSIDE THE HOME This three level home is the ideal getaway for extended families or friends to vacation together in comfort. As you enter the front door, you'll notice the clean tile entrance hallway and coat closet on your left, and the light-filled living room with plenty of comfortable seating with a new gas fireplace. Down the hall is the main floor bath with tub and shower set conveniently between the two main floor bedrooms, one of which has king bed, and the other two queen beds with new duvets, pillows, and cozy linens. Hardwood floors are throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and bright with a large dining table and access to the lower level and screened porch with white porch furniture and comfortable, cushioned, seating – a perfect place to relax after a day of fun in town or at the nearby wineries, golf course, or beach. Just beyond the screened porch is the brick patio with tables and chairs, ready for al fresco dining. Upstairs you'll be greeted by a clean, bright space that features a twin daybed and trundle in the large nook at the top of the stairs. From there, you will enter a spacious bedroom with a gorgeous king sleigh-bed, and down the hall is a roomy bathroom with a bidet, dressing table, and separate tub and shower. The lower level is equally fresh, clean, and newly appointed. As you come down the stairs, you'll see the large family room with a leather sofa and comfortable chairs, tv and a foosball table. The lower level full bathroom with shower and the separate laundry room are off the main room. The twin daybed and trundle is located in this common space. Through a door at the end of the family room is another freshly painted and comfortable queen bedroom. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS “Call Me Francis” boasts 4 bedrooms, 6 sleeping areas, and sleeps 14 in the following configuration: • First Floor, Back Bedroom: 1 King Bed • First Floor, Front Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds • Lower Level Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed • Lower Level Family Room: 1 Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle • Upper Level Bedroom: 1 King Bed • Upper Level Additional Space: 1 Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the wood burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs located on the side of the expansive front yard located on a new built patio, complete with outdoor lighting. Early risers might enjoy their morning coffee on the cozy deck through the French doors in the kitchen. The back patio and table await you, as does the charming sitting area that is the screened porch. Croquet can be played under the beautiful trees in the large front yard. Parking: Parking is provided for up to 3 cars in the driveway. LOCATION If you are looking for a spacious vacation home in Downtown Saugatuck, look no further! This home has both privacy and convenience and is literally steps from Griffith and Butler streets and all the shops, restaurants and fun downtown has to offer including Saugatuck's Chain Link Ferry. Wicks Park on the riverfront is a 2-minute walk where you can enjoy weekly concerts during the summer, and beautiful views year-round. Fantastic Oval Beach is a quick 5 minute drive away.

Booked this for my husband and our 6 adult children. It was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out (and this is a TALL group) very clean, and everything we needed to cook meals. Also super cozy when we wanted to relax and play games together. Perfect location to downtown Saugatuck, nice walk to shops and restaurants that were open off season. All amenities listed were there and made our stay extra special. Would love to come back for a summer trip.

House and property were fabulous! It was girls weekend for my 60th Birthday. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty of space. Such a beautiful home. We would go back again! There are a few things that I would recommend. Could use a couple sharp knives in the kitchen for cooking. The French doors off of the dining area do not seem to lock properly. And in the basement, there seem to be a lot of cobwebs and spiders everywhere. As a matter fact, we did not even want to stay down there.

We had a gathering of a number of friends from across the state to celebrate a birthday. The location to downtown was perfect, parking was more than what we hoped for with the number of people. I appreciated the email ahead of time letting us know what was supplied and what would be needed as far as essentials, ie: dishwasher soap, bathroom tissue etc. Your flexibility in the timing of getting into the home was very much appreciated. The home was very comfortable and was exactly what was needed for this weekend. Thank you! Jill W.

The setting is serene and located within walking distance to the downtown along the Kalamazoo River. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The fireplace gave the living room a warm and relaxing place to relax with friends. With four bedrooms there was space to spread out. Most beds were complete in set up (one needed a top sheet and another a blanket.) Our group would not hesitate to return.

We had a great time at Call me Francis. Bedrooms were big and comfortable, Plenty of room in the kitchen to sit and have dinner. Location was perfect for walking into town. Neighbors complained about our parking. There was a strange smell coming from the garage disposal.

Great house close to town was perfect for our whole family ages 4 mo to 72 years! Nice surprise to see a gas grill when the listing said charcoal! House is bigger than it looks...plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen.We walked to town every day...so nice not to worry about parking. Oval beach is wonderful and close. We all loved it! Would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person for the week... We've been coming every year for 23 years with our kids and grandkids

Perfect location for enjoying the area - it was an easy walk to downtown. The house was a great size for our group - 6 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids. The property was a little worn and could have use a more thorough cleaning and upkeep. The outdoor table wasn't really usable and the yard was covered in ant holes. We also would have appreciated a few extra towels and little touches like more toilet paper and coffee. No deal breakers but things that set some places apart from the others. Property manager was very communicative and responsive.

Beautiful home. Perfect for a girls weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Only constructive feedback is that bathroom window needs repair-open at top. Mini shampoo or soaps would be a nice touch too. Thanks and hope to be back.

Very nice property in a great location in Saugatuck. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The property was perfectly set up for our girls wine tasting weekend, with many bed rooms and places to gather.

Nice spacious cape cod on a large wooded lot. Enough space for a large family to spread out. Plenty of beds and a basement. The property is a few blocks/walking distance to the marina, shops, and restaurants. Saugatuck was a cute town to visit, it was my first time visiting. The house had everything needed. There was one issue with the upstairs toilet and the property managers were prompt in fixing it. Communication was excellent, I would definitely recommend this property.
