The home is located in the gated community of The Preserve at Grand Beach Galveston.  Skin and Bones will accommodate up to 10 guests and features two decks for a full view of the East end of Galveston Island.  Guests are a short bike ride away from the historic Strand and all that East Beach has to offer. This beauty has an open floor plan with a large, fenced yard. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has great flow where the family may enjoy relaxing, playing games at the large dining table, and meal preparation in this well-appointed modern kitchen.  The fourth bedroom is located on the first level of the home and is two twin bunks (sleeps 4) which has a full bath. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
