It is a very good location since it is very near to a train station and to dotonbori and shinsaibashi.
The room, though, is a bit small.

Excellent rooms, clean and well equipped.
The toilet in the room is too small and installed too close to the wall, so your leg can't fit and it becomes a whole mess.

They had a scale to weigh suitcases
Dirty room - bathroom had junk in the cracks. Opening the window the entire window casing had dirt
The room felt cramped like a bad cruise stateroom
