便宜、地鐵近、並且走路不到5分鐘就是心齋橋街道，若遇到下雨天，可以從門口的北3地下道直接走到北7心齋橋逛街前面的出口，幾乎不太會淋雨，非常方便
房間內的熱水壺太噁心，白色熱水壺內膽邊緣是棕色的，這樣誰敢煮熱水，館內沒提供飲水機。 房間小，床很高，矮的人上下床有點吃力 靠馬路那側，隔音有點差，晚上會不太好入睡。
