Napoli city center - big private room with bathroom!
Not mentioned anywhere that you will share the apartment with other visitors in different room.

Good condition of the room and kitchen, clean and organized welcome.
Breakfast in the cafeteria on the street. Fresh and typical Italian breakfast.
The king bad creaks when laying down or getting up, which bothers the other 3 people in the room.
Going up on the stairs but we were prepared for it, so no problem.

Great location in the heart of Naples city and room was good
Very hard to find and instructions were not specific enough and on trying to make contact to clarify, host was unavailable to take phone call ..although happy to take text and eventually all was sorted. It's a very steep set of stairs to access

It was clean, towels are provided, bed is comfortable.
The location is TERRIBLE! Literally impossible to access comfortably if you have big suitcases. The apartment itself is a nightmare to find. No sign, no directions, NOTHING at the main entrance to indicate where it actually is.
And it gets worse. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with extremely narrow corridors, so good luck carrying your luggage all the way up!
The apartment itself has two floors, and if you end up on the upper floor and you’re around 2 meters tall, GET READY TO HIT YOUR HEAD ON THE CEILING EVERY FIVE MINUTES! I’m not even exaggerating.
And don’t even get me started on the bathroom. The ceiling is SO LOW that I literally couldn’t shower properly, and the shower itself is ridiculously tiny! I genuinely don’t understand how someone thought this was acceptable.
For the price they’re charging, I expected MUCH better. The whole experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and definitely NOT worth the money.
Would I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
