The location was perfect for us, turning off from the Camino Norte and cutting south toward Primitivo while avoiding the urban corridor west of Aviles. Javi was very friendly at the reception. A sumptuous parilla restaurant is just across the street, exactly what we needed after 25km of walking.

Everything, nice rooms, excellent bathroom and very clean. Perfect for a short stay.

The only downside is the location being a little bit off the town centre. But still within walking distance.

Xavier was an excellent host who went out of his way to explain the town and the region. He gave us tips of sights to see during our trip which we followed and we really enjoyed this region of Spain. The room was pleasant in a quiet area of town. Xavier also provided private parking close to the property. It was a delight to speak and deal with someone so passionate about his industry and province.

Excellent attention! Very clean, everything superb. Great location for moving around coast and visiting different beaches (and great tips from owner). Will repeat when in Asturias again.

The location is on the outskirts of the city but still very well reachable.
