Comodidad, facilidad de llegada y salida y amplitud de la habitación. La limpieza también es de agradecer.
Quizás le falta un poco más de luz en las habitaciones, al ser lectores, necesitamos leer antes de acostarnos. Pero en general todo bien.

The host was very welcoming
It’s a long way outside Avilés attached to a derelict factory. I think it is ideally suited as accommodation for visiting sub-contractors working on the local industrial estate, and less suited to walkers and holiday makers.

La amabilidad del responsable. La habitación estaba limpia.
El precio. La habitación no vale los 99€ que me costó, incluso siendo agosto (temporada alta). No tenía mesilla de noche, no había una luz de techo, el cabecero estaba caído... En su momento seguro que estuvo bien, pero cuando fui yo, daba la sensación de que todo eran remiendos. Necesita una reforma / redecoración para adecentarla.
