Location for me was great as its well connected with Gare del’Est via a bus. Then you have Rosa Parks train station there next to it and tram, and Crimée metro quite close as well to go easily to the center. Near Strade France, which was why I choosed this place as I was going to Bigbang concert. Nice and confortable stay in a modern building, washing machines an driers have a nice price of 3.5€ and 2€. Yet always travel with earplugs into these places as you never know who will snore during the night! Showers don’t have gel provided, and there’s always toilet paper. There are no hairdryers.

I enjoyed the stay , the safety, the room is clean and quiet and the staff are very friendly and helping. there is a cafe-resto in the building and especially if you are into tennis, padel and bedmington , this is the right place ! Need to clean your clothes? No worries! there are machines upstairs you can pay a small amount and clean & dry your clothes. It is also one of the best places to visit Paris easily , located at Rosa Parks, you have different means of transoprt to visit any place in Paris. coming back to hotel late at night ? no problem you still have late transportion like buses and/or T3b tram. drop you 3mn from your stay.

The separation of the bottom bunk bed is quite nice.
There was no kitchen or a kettle you could use.

Great location less than 5min walk to train station, amazing facilities if you want to play sports (racket sports, climbing wall, gym), lounge area with live sports screened as well.
Electrical sockets are not next to every bed so you either get lucky or you have to charge next to someones bed (also doesnt work with any adapters as there is a grounding pin). Toilets were musty and mouldy especially the ceiling. Staff were helpful and pleasant except for one guy. The good location beside trains also means it gets quite noisy.
