Nan was amazing and super helpful and the booking was quick. Will definitely come back if needing to stay in GP again.

Big TV and comfy bed

There was old pizza crust on the floor 😂 and the bathroom fan didn’t really do anything, but it sure was loud. And blew out black stuff.

Never even stayed, rude, sketchy and overall bad

EXTREMELY rude staff, very sketchy vibe, disclosed personal information as well as our room number in front of a man who was harassing us, when we asked to be assigned to a new room due to safety concerned she refunded us (refund never went through) and kicked us off the property because we were “overreacting”

Simple basic motel. Clean, safe. Good value for price.

Great value for price. Rooms recently renovated. Great location - easy walking to the Bear Creek Festival. Staff friendly and helpful.

It seemed strange that th room had a fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot. They found me one, and I was carrying my own cup and coffee.

In 50 years, this hotel is now #1, as the worst hotel, of All Time!

1. There was a mouse that came under the bathroom door while I was going going to the washroom. 2. I told the owner and her response was..well I could sleep here, as if the mouse was a roommate, Unreal! 3. The bathroom sink handle was broken, had to use the big sink in the kitchen area to brush my teeth. 4. Bed you sink in the middle

Pleasant stay. Would do it again.

At 5 a.m. I had to call the hotel, as a breaker had blown and I had no electricity. The manager got up and immediately fixed the problem. Many thanks

The kitchen had nothing, except for a fridge and microwave.

Disappointed

Staff was pleasant

the room had been recently renovated and stunk of paint and chemicals. Only there was no cover for the duvet which we found shoved In a cupboard. No outlets just one extension cord in the bed. One uncomfortable wooden bench for other furniture. Tub was awful and the room wasn't clean.

Very inexpensive, Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Owner is really nice.

The decor has certainly improved from expectations. The bed was actually comfortable. And the staff was very friendly

The exterior certainly needs an improvement but that hardly really matters as the rooms themselves are wonderful.

Convenient and comfortable.

Location was central to our visit in Grande Prairie. Room was neat and clean. Traffic noise was at a minimum. Had a restful visit.

Good value and well furnished room near the heart of Grande Prairie.

The rooms were tastefully renovated. It definitely was a surprise once I got into the room, as everything had a more natural theme. The staff were friendly and cheerful. There's good security in the location as well.

It's a bit noisy in the area as it's close to train tracks. Having to hear the trains run in the middle of the night wasn't entirely ideal.

Very cold room, didn't really warm up even with the heat cranked.. no room phone either. No freezer in the mini fridge

Everything is designed to mislead and take advantage of customers

There are quite literally no redeeming qualities for this location.

I dislike the fact the bed was an air mattress, the rooms were not cleaned, and the bathroom had a previous tenants pubic hair still in the tub.
