Location, fantastic view, and nice pool and spa facilities were great Reception and bar staff were helpful and pleasant. Had a hamam and relaxed great spa staff.
My hotel room bathroom shower seals and carpets were dated and lift carpet lifting inside lift entrance needed securing as a trip hazard. Meal times you had to be prompt at start of allocated times as food depleted quickly by guests. Restaurant staff appeared disinterested and did not monitor the use of food and cutlery at meal times very well as it wasn't replaced timely for guests. Check in is 2pm and lunch finishes at that time so waste of time attempting lunch as nothing left. Personally don't rate the hotel as 4 star needs updating and saw issues mainly with Turkish guests complaining and 1 Turkish guest vehemently arguing with reception staff about a paid for booking which reception said was not booked. My room key failed to work morning of exit well before check out time after breakfast but had to go 3 times to reception to eventually get a member of staff to check the lock and batteries of system as card would not work and special key was used to retrieve our luggage.
