Lokalizacja odpowiednia do moich potrzeb. wystarczająco dużo miejsca. możliwość przygotowania posiłków na miejscu. Blisko do sklepów podstawowego zaopatzrenia.
Hałas z ulicy, ale tego nie da się uniknąć. Widoczne ślady zużycia wyposażenia (blat w łazience. Nieustanny szum wentylacji.

Extremely fresh and modern neighborhood. Absolutely loved the location and the surrounding apartments.
The electric stove is difficult to cook food on and the microwave didn’t work. But overall, absolutely great place to stay.

Close to the subway.
Easy access to keys.
The apartment has everything you need.
Warm room.
The bathroom was clean, but needs a little renovation.

The flat needs absolutely renovation. Owner doesn't care a lot. Dishwasher is not washing good. Door handles are falling. Noisy street. Balcony looks awful
